Quick and efficient service fixing our AC.
Arrived on time. Diagnosed our problem. Came back with the part and air conditioner was up and running again! Excellent!
I really appreciate the great customer service that I received. From the text to remind me of maintenance due on my unit to the discount I received for scheduling maintenance on both properties. Mike arrived as scheduled and was friendly, explained what he was doing, what needed to be done and why. Repairs were complete and at a very reasonable price. This is a small business but the level of professional was top tier. I recommend them. I appreciate them as we know these days good customer service is hard to find. Thanks guys!
I was told by another company that my AC unit needed to be replaced. The coolant was dangerously low and the main control board was in imminent failure. Turns out they just wanted to make money off of me. SolAir responded quick and assured me that they could fix the AC without replacing it and they delivered! The technicians were on time, respectful and hardworking. Once I finally do need a new AC system you better believe SolAir is getting my business. No complaints here!
The air conditioning unit failed on Labor Day at a Board and Care Facility in Victorville. It was over 105⁰ and this home provides housing and care for residents with disabilities. I placed a call to 5 other AC repair companies but received either voice mail or was told no one was available. My final call went to Sol Air and immediately my call was answered by Gerry. After hearing the situation he told me he would be there after his next call. About 20 minutes later he told me the call canceled and he was on his way. About 30 minutes later he arrived. He Immediately diagnosed the problem and within an hour had the unit back up. Gerry told me that after seeing residents being cared for, he was NOT leaving until the air conditioner was repaired. Not only did Sol Air provide outstanding service, but Gerry and his team showed a level of compassion that was not expected. I will use Sol Air for all my future Heating and Air needs. Thank you Gerry!

Sol Air followed through on a 3-day weekend during the heat wave! He showed up when he said he would, fixed the issue and explained what happened to the unit. He will be my first call in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Jerry was absolutely fantastic!! He showed up within 3 hours of my call and was very knowledgeable and professional. We live in the desert so no air on a hot summer day is horrible. He quickly figured out the issue and called to see if the part was in stock. It was but it was located in Ontario. He drove down the hill picked up the part came back to my house and installed it and we had air by 8 o’clock that night. We are super thankful for his hard work and that we could sleep comfortably that night.
Absolutely stellar service!! Super fast. Called yesterday just before 5:00 pm and he was at the house first thing this morning. Got our a/c back up and running quickly and cost was totally reasonable!! Highly, highly recommend!!

We called and he was there within an hour. Our business A/C system had been going out for two years and it never seemed to stay working. Called Solar and we haven’t had any problems since. Very knowledgeable and great work

Gerry came out, on time and took the time to diagnose my AC problem. He found the problem and fixed it and now I’m sitting in a cool house again. This guy is honest and knowledgeable. And his prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him.
Called Sol Air Heating and Air conditioning and spoke with Gerry. Informed him that my air conditioner stopped working and it was over 90 in my home. He responded right away, came to my house, diagnosed and repaired the issue. My air conditioner was on its last leg and he brought it back. He also cleaned my unit and gave me some advice on how to decrease the strain on my system to get me through this heat wave. I’m so appreciative!
Sol Air has a phenomenal team! Highly experienced, responsive, and amazing customer service. We had a mini split AC installed by Gerry and his team in our garage that had been converted to an office. Battling this summer heat while trying to work from home in that room was starting to take its toll. I contacted Sol Air and they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment. Prior to arrival, they helped recommend a top of the line unit, provide quick quotes. I took some pictures, measurements and videos to give them the information they needed. The install is done and the AC works great. The room used to feel like a sauna by 3pm but now feels amazingly cool. We could even blast the air so cold it feels like walking into an ice skating rink lol. They really go out of their way to make sure they do a perfect job. Gerry and his team are very personable, hard working and humble. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. Highly recommend!
Gerry, Mike, Jessie and all the guys did such a great job on installing our new AC system. These guys know their stuff and do top notch work, total pros! We got a top quality system for a great price, installed right on schedule. Gerry even offered to buy me lunch! If you need repairs or a new HVAC, do yourself a favor and call SolAir.
Called Sol Air when our ac stopped working. They were able to do a thorough analysis of what was not functioning and provided me with several options to fit my budget. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They communicated throughout the entire process on the status of the job and problem solved the challenges that came up. They worked hard to ensure we had our AC up and running as soon as possible given the recent high temperatures.
Extremely professional work! Replaced my heater, attic vent and thermostat with prompt and courteous service. Area was left clean and tidy, and they were able to complete installation without damaging or cutting into the original plaster walls. Gerry and his staff are a pleasure to work with.
