Our home warranty service hired these yahoos to come fix our AC. The tech informed us that one of our ducts wasn’t all the way connected and air was leaking from it. He then proceeds to go outside and tear off a piece of ducting tape, he then gives it to my husband and tells him to go tape the duct. He REFUSED to do it himself, and said he would charge us if he had to. Charge us!? That’s what the home warranty service is for! Very lazy, very very unprofessional! I’ve never seen anything like it in my life! Stay away from this company! Anyway, I reported the issue to the home warranty service. They are also going to be filing a complaint. Needless to say, the problem wasn’t fixed and now we have a new company coming to REALLY fix it. (This is all recorded on my security system too)

I have a home warranty service and the initial company they referred me too when my entire heat/AC unit failed never showed up as promised. They ten referred me to So. Tex Indoor Air Comfort. Marc and his associates completed the installation of the entire unit in a professional and timely manner. Had an issue the day after installation and a technician was sent out the same evening and the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I am a disabled vet and they even offer vet discounts. Great company.

He promptly headed to the home we are currently in the process of buying and performed an inspection as to why it was not heating. Contracted through AHS. Mark answered the phone quickly when I called and understood the urgent nature of our repair. We had water leaking into our home from a clogged line. He was out within a couple hours and quickly repaired the blockage.

Mark came out. As there has been a lot of rain, the grass is very tall. He let it be known he was very afraid a snake may get him. When he opened the shield he said that ants were the cause and my warranty would not cover the repair. He left. I went out and took pictures. No ants were present!! My warranty will not cover it on his say so.

Company charged me $100 out of pocket to fix a water leak on my system, then stated they really didn't know how to fix it and called it backsplashing. had to have my warranty company dispatch a real company to fix the issue. Not happy they either misdiagnosed or couldn't fix the problem or find a solution. not what you want to hear from "professionals"

This company was contracted to fix an ac issue and right out of the gate it was awful. They had 24 hrs to call and set appointment up but that didn't happen. Then we were lied to and not called back. I'm glad this was assigned to another company because this was the worst service I have ever had and would rather have professionals do the work.

edit: Mark has gotten back to me. Explained the delays I’ve encountered, and then thoroughly explained what my issues were with my unit. The time it has taken to resolve this has been worth it working with quality folks like him. So Tex should have more folks like him.
