Andre is absolutely the best! His skills, commitment to excellence and efficiency impressed me. He is so professional and has reasonable charges. He will be tapped for all my future plumbing projects.
I had a supply fan issue that started on Christmas Eve, 2022. During this time in Atlanta, we had single digit temps, the cities pipes had burst, and a Mechanical Contractor could not be reached... SNS was the only one. Andre had to have worked 12 hours each on Christmas Eve and Day. He came to my house to investigate, got the fan running to keep heat going in the house to return the next day with replacement part in hand. Very much appreciated SNS!
I had a pipe burst in my kitchen on Christmas Day along with many other people in the Atlanta area and called SNS frantic due to not knowing at least how to shut off my water as it was flooding my home. They were very accommodating in getting someone out despite being so busy to get started with repairs. We are still in the process of finishing everything as we keep discovering more issues with my plumbing system but they have been great thru the whole process! Highly recommend!
We were given inconsistent pricing information. My husband was given one amount, when it was time to pay, I was given a different amount (higher). The invoice stated that the service fee was waived; the invoiced amount included the service fee, the amount originally quoted . There were several service delays. The technician was courteous but was not prepared. He left my home several times to buy parts needed to complete the service.
The Grinch showed up at my house on Christmas Day. A pipe burst in my attic! 😬 My son called several plumbing companies. SNS Plumbing was the only company that responded. Thank God! 🙌🏽🙌🏽 Andre showed up and quickly assessed the situation and repaired the pipe. It was music to my ears to hear running water, again! 🙌🏽 He was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I pray that I don’t have any other plumbing issues but if I do I will definitely call SNS Plumbing.

The company was referred to me by a family member that previously used the company’s services. I contacted the company and the representative advised of the next available time slot and was very responsive in relaying information of when technician would arrive. Technician did a thorough assessment of unit and explained the issue in a manner I could understand and was professional throughout the whole process from diagnosing the issue to installation. I am very grateful to now have a properly functioning unit cooling my home during such a hot Georgia summer.

I used SMS recently at my restaurant because my heat stopped working. I contacted them at 8am and by lunch time I had heat. They were quick and the price was fair. I will be using them in the future.

SNS is a one stop shop for all HVAC and Electrical needs. From the electical prospective they rewired two entire rooms and installed multiple light fixtures and outlets. On the HVAC side, SNS upgraded the existing system. Since we were working in an older building, the project was complex and full of suprises, but SNS handled each obstacle with professionalism and poise. The prices are unmatched and the service is even better. If you are looking for electrical or HVAC services look no further! I highly recomend SNS for all of your needs.

SNS responded to my call in a timely manner. He addressed all of my concerns, repaired the drain in the tub/shower, toilet leak and AC leak. I recommend and would use SNS again!
