Greg was not only knowledgeable but also very kind and not pushy at all. A pleasure to work with and I enjoyed that he collaborated with an apprentice, keeping the next generation of the industry in mind. I plan to continue working with him.
Have them replaced the water heater this time. Greg is very professional and responsive. They provide good quality service at a reasonable price!

I had a previous company come out and try to fix my A/C but never actually fixed the issue. Greg came out and did a full examination on my A/C unit and explained in detail every process so that I can understand what was wrong and what needed to be fixed! My A/C unit is back up and running! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for outstanding service!

We had a great experience with Snowflake. When we noticed that our hot water was running low quickly, our neighbor recommended Greg at Snowflake. We called Greg and he diagnosed the problem immediately and walked us through several potential solutions. We decided to replace our water tank and Greg was able to procure a water tank and install it almost immediately. Great service for a very reasonable price. We will go back to Snowflake for all future needs.
All I can say is I'm warm again. Our furnace went out, end I spent 3 hours trying to troubleshoot it by myself only for these guys to fix it literally in 10 minutes. Great service. Strongly recommend!

Greg replaced our old AC and furnace in the same visit (both 25+ yrs old) and I could not have asked for a better experience. Not only was he competitive with his quote, but he was highly professional, punctual and thorough with the scheduling and execution of the job. Would recommend him in a heartbeat and will continue using Snowflake for any HVAC or water heater needs in the future!
This is the second time I've had Snowflake Heating and Cooling out to my house within the last year. Both times the service has been great! Pete came here today and taught me more about the types of filters I should be using and how they effect the system. Greg and his team are great and I would definitely recommend giving them a call next time you need your HVAC system looked at!
Greg was amazing! I work from home, so when I woke up this morning to let the doggos out, I saw that it was 55 degrees! UGH. I got ahold of Greg right away…I gave my address which was a little out of their way, but he got here faster than I would’ve imagined…diagnosed the issue, fixed it, no bs! He’s wonderful. We will use him when this furnace eventually goes out. Thank you, Greg!

The owner was very responsive and honest about my options. He went out of his way to get my old unit fixed instead of charging me more to install a new one.
Greg Borkowski came out a few hours after we contacted them to take a look at our AC unit, which wasn't working properly. He asked me what the unit was and wasn't doing and then took a look at it and properly diagnosed our unit's start/run capacitor was shot. He explained why it wasn't working properly and replaced the capacitor and within a few minutes had our AC unit running smoothly. Greg was very professional and explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I absolutely recommend Snowflake Heating and Cooling to anyone with HVAC problems. I am glad I found this company and will only be contacting them with any future problems. They are quick, reliable and fairly priced. Great job Greg and Snowflake! Our house is nice and cool on this hot Chicago day! Highly recommended!
