We won’t ever use another company. They were quick to schedule us when we called and their price was a fraction of what another company quoted. The service tech was on time, friendly and completed the repair effectively and efficiently. This company obviously still believes in quality service at a fair price and now have a customer for life.
I won't ever use another company again. Snell's understands the importance of making sure our most vulnerable citizens are taken care of. Another (large, locally owned with red and blue logos) company took 3 days to even come out and assess my elderly, disabled mother and ill sister's broken AC during the week we had >100° temps every day. Then it took another few days to get the parts. Then they rescheduled the repair another EIGHT days due to low staff. I called around to see if anyone could help sooner as it was costing a lot of money and was very inconvenient for my mom, my sister, and their 2 dogs to be in a hotel. I wasn't shocked when the first 4 places I called couldn't get to them for a week; it was HOT and I'm sure many other people were having AC issues. But, as luck would have it, one of the other companies referred me to Snell's. Yes, another company referred me to their competition! I called and had a time scheduled a few hours later. They were on time, polite, and very helpful. They had my mom's AC evaluated and fixed that same day. It was costly but worth it. And certainly cheaper than another week of hotel stays plus repair costs when the other company was finally able going to be able to help her.
Thank you Snell's for doing an awesome job. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them after my units are installed for maintenance. Kind,considerate and professional. I could not be more pleased with this company. As a new homeowner I was cautious about finding the right company and turns out I did. Wish I could give them 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ s!
James is the best in the business! You can’t find a better company to service your units and keep your house at the right temp. We have used Snells for years and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend to anyone wanting honest, reliable service.
James and PJ keep us at a great temp year round! They are consistent and really do a terrific job for us. They are ctrue professionals and have always been clean and safe even before C 19 hit.

I highly recommend this company. The quality and professionalism was there, but I think honesty and trust is what sets them apart. I saved $1,000 on my AC system (maybe more) by getting a second opinion from Snell's. A larger competitor quoted me at over $3,000 for a new compressor but was encouraging a whole new system which would have cost $5,500 to $8,000. A friend recommended Snell's and I was quoted at $1900 for the new compressor. This changed my calculation and I had Snell's replace the compressor. I'll be using them for routine checks and maintenance. Oh, and I called them on a Sunday and they came to check the system within 15 minutes (got a bit lucky he was already in my neighborhood) at no charge. Can't go wrong with these guys.
They did the job two other companies missed.
Snell's does a great job, is thorough, competitively priced, on time, and takes the time to explain things to you.

My elderly parents were experiencing a leak underneath the crawl space by their water heater. We called many companies (it was a Saturday), Snell called us back immediately and showed up as scheduled. The gentleman was courteous, efficient and thorough. He even swept up after he was through! Amazing!
