Very attentive quick response
I've been using Smitty's Heating and Cooling for a number of years on my rental and home residences for a number of years. I don't have to worry if a technician is coming or not, when Smitty says someone will be calling you, best believe they will. It's amazing how some companies will lead you to believe they're worried about fixing your problems but never call or show, not with Smitty. Smitty is reliable, honest, Christian man who will give you his best price for the job. The clean up and attention to detail is of high quality. His technicians call before they come and keep you abreast of the job. Smitty comes highly recommended by myself and other family members and friends who have used his services.
Great service
I had a wonderful experience with Darnell, he returns calls in a timely manner and keeps you informed each step of the way. His crewmen are professional, friendly and transparent throughout the whole process. The prices are reasonable so thank you.
