Smith's heating and cooling spent time it took to get our unit running like new! One tech stayed til after 8pm one night!! Techs are courteous and very clean, office staff checked on our status. Our a/c is running perfectly now!!
Dave and Logan were awesome. After a previous bad experience with another vendor whom canceled last minute over the weekend, these guys where willing to wait a few minutes for me to arrive from work. My scheduling was within 24 hours too. These guys were on the job. Upon my arrival the started looking at our unit and diagnosing. Once I arrived in 10 minutes, my HVAC was repaired. Only thing they had to do was make sure everything was running smoothly and it was. These two are very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about there jobs. I recommend there services anytime.

These folks are Phenomenal about being sure the customer is taken care of and First Class service. The mechanic responsible for installing our units sliced his hand open during installation and he contacted two others to come to our home to get the unit working where we had heat. They returned later to finish the installation of a second thermostat and installing the additional parts to split the unit for the upstairs thermostat. I can’t say enough good about this company other than the are a TOP NOTCH COMPANY and always put the Customer First. Customer Service is second to none and as you all know that is not something people do in today’s times except these folks. Great job, Excellent Quality Service, & Cleaning up behind themselves with no mess made. Thanks again and I would recommend this company VERY HIGHLY.

Had Smith’s come to my home to clean the ductwork. Chris & David were extremely friendly, and did a great job. Walked into the house smelling clean, but not like chemicals. Everyone is breathing easier, thank you!

My AC has been broken since June. It’s now October and still not working properly. Smith’s Heating & Cooling have been out to my house serval times and replaced the entire unit. SPOILER alert STILL broken. What’s funny is they told me my house was “to big” for air flow and that’s why it’s hot BUT it wasn’t before? Wow, ridiculous. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If zero stars was an option I would have happily selected that. Complete waist of time and energy.
Tim Smith is the only heating & cooling service contractor you'll ever need! No need to waste your time getting quotes from high priced, too much overhead companies. Tim and his workers are always more than courteous and willing to explain procedures in terms that customers can understand. If your looking for your "go to" a/c professional save his number in your phone now! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID..

Y'all, check this out. My digital thermostat went completely dead last night (the low temperature was 9 degrees!). So today I called Mr. Smith, who I've worked with before. He asked me a few quick questions about my HVAC system, and then had me text him a picture of the system. He knew exactly what the issue was, and was able to walk me through the process of fixing it myself very easily. Turns out, the drainage line from my condenser pump had frozen solid in the cold, and he had me thaw it out in the bathtub, reinstall the line, and ta-da! Thermostat came right back on -- the temperature in the house was 57 degrees! I'm so glad for Mr. Smith's expertise. He definitely helped us out in a bind, and didn't charge us anything for the advice. Thank you, sir!
Called today after waking up to an 80° home. He came out earlier than he estimated. Thoroughly explained the issue, promptly fixed my air. Very affordable and honest. Several friends in my neighborhood recommended him and I will do the same!
