Fixed our furnace quickly and at a better than fair price. He explained exactly what the problem was, how he fixed it, and cleaned the tubes and checked carbon monoxide. Friendly, efficient, and thorough.

I had chad work on my unit last year and previous to that as well. Said my unit was in good working order. I’m now looking at having to replace it due to what another technician says is a problem that’s had to have been happening for years. I’ve tried to contact smith HVAC for 4 days to give me a second opinion and ask about guarantees on their work to no avail. No ones answered or responded, no out of office message...nothing. Very bummed as I thought I’d finally found a company I could rely on and trust.

Chad is a man of integrity that is honest and works hard. He was punctual, organized, clean, competent, and friendly. He came to my house the day I called him to come check out our A/C and furnace for a second-opinion on replacing them. After getting 3+ bids from other companies, Chad outbid them all by $500-$6000. He was punctual, cleaned up after himself, and so considerate. He always had a smile on his face and answered any of my questions with ease. He's gifted at explaining the workings of a furnace/AC in simplistic terms. After completing excellent work, he left my home requesting that I call him at any time if there were any problems. He's a man that takes pride in his work and wants to fix any problems that might occur! Chad not only deserves, but works hard for every 5 stars we have given him! We definitely recommend him and his services. You'll be highly disappointed if you don't go with Chad.

Chad and his son installed a 5 inch filter system to improve airflow for my AC. He called before coming over, and his prices were about 15% less for the same service as I price compared. Overall, I am happy with the new filter, pricing and communication was great. I'll call Smith HVAC the next time I need to service my AC.

We have not found anything that Chad can't fix at our reception center in Lehi. From the swamp coolers to the ice maker, he is one of the handiest guys I know. He is always willing to come when we need him and he goes the extra mile and makes sure everything is up and running.

Chad, the owner, is AWESOME! We got bids from multiple companies and he was 4K under any of them. He was easy to work with, did everything he said he would, and charged what he quoted. The system was put in during spring. He came back out when it got really hot to adjust the charge in the air conditioner so it runs efficiently. He's the nicest guy, and I'm so grateful we worked with him! He's honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend him and will call him for all future heating and air conditioning needs!

Smith Heating & Air have been to my house, business and rental properties. The first time, I needing to replacing a furnace. We got other bids and I was a little skeptical when Smith came back as by far the lowest price, but I could tell they knew their stuff so I went with them. I have since used them many times and as long as they are available I will always use them. Chad, the owner, was great to work with. Best part, they are fast and after they leave things work perfectly!
