I have called these guys various times. Not because they do a bad job, but because they do a great job. Every time I have an appliance issue I don't think twice and just call them. Appointment times are flexible and they give you a window of arrival that is very reasonable. You also get a nice notification when they are already on their way.

My home warranty company assigned me to them. I have not received a call to set an appointment, and I have been without a washing machine for two weeks. You wait 20 minutes to speak to someone and the system says they are too busy right now and hangs up on you. Rude guy I once got on the line refused to make an appointment for me until my parts were in, said he would cal me the Next Monday but didn’t. Zero professionalism. You are just a number to them. Prepare to wait for ages to get nothing done.

This is the company my scam home warranty sent out for a broken dishwasher. They have very poor communication, I had to call them every time to schedule when I was told they would call within 72 hours. The last technician that came out told me he would try and get approval to order new parts however I found out today he just closed the claim saying everything worked fine.
