Mike and co. were great, fast, on time and reasonable priced. A newer entrant but definitely know what they are doing and they stand behind their work.
I called this company for repairing AC as my outside unit was not working and he came on time within short notice (good promptness on Bajji's part). He told that the problem is that my switch in electrical panel was tripping and should ask electrician to replace it. When I called electrician, he told that HVAC is tripping which is the right thing and I need to call HVAC to identify the right root cause on why it is tripping in first place. It may be issue on capacitor or condenser and to me, my service fee for diagnosis went wasted as I am now reaching to a new HVAC who can find the exact root cause and fix it.

I have found our HVAC company — for as long as they are around, Bajji's our guy. Bajji did a new install with our remodel home (because the original house didn't have an HVAC unit) and was timely, quick, and able to answer all of our questions about the installation. He also took time out of his day to come back to identify the source of why our thermostat wasn't working (a blown fuse–which he replaced even though it wasn't caused by his work) and ensured our new thermostat was installed and working properly. Highly recommend Bajji for his professionalism, his timeliness, and quality of work.
Practical money saving advice and great timely work
A great guy. Came when he said he would. Showed the options I had to fix my A/C and save me lots of money. Would call him for future jobs.
I don't normally write reviews but this definitely warranted a glowing review. If I could give 10 stars I honestly would. Bajji is amazingly dedicated and good at his job. He did a fantastic job replacing our water heater, and when the inspector noted a few things (these were legacy from the previous owner) he came back and fixed them with no additional fee. Even better, he noticed something weird with our exhaust vent for the stove and also fixed at no additional charge. Bajji was amazing -- not only will I hire him again for all other HVAC work, I'm also hard core referring him to everyone in my family.
I called him for my old air conditioner repair the first guy wanted me to Simply change the air conditioner and buy a brand new one from him but budgie was able to fix my air conditioner at reasonable cost save me tons of money instead of replacing it for $10,000!!!
Bajji is an excellent person and very nice to deal with. Every other company wanted to sell me a new unit and charge me a ridiculous amount. Bajji gave me an option to repair the existing R22, 15 year old system, with an aftermarket compressor. He also gave me an option for a new system with a 10 year warranty for a little over double the price of the repair. That cost for new was about 50% of what everyone else wanted. Bajji is AWESOME to deal with and ready to do whatever it is that the customer wants. I've found my HVAC person for as long as he is in the business!
I called smart heating when my heater was not blowing hot air in this cold weather. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for best affordable service!
