I have been trying to reach them for a month now and no one ever answers
What a team!! My mom is 87 yrs old and need a replacing an old system. Smart Choice Air came for one day replace heater and air condition system. Smart Choice Air team treated my mother like a mother and do there best to take care of it. They install the Eco-bee system that I can control the temperature from my home. What a wonderful team and I wish that others can work hard like them. My mom and I love you guys!!
Tech sent out was supposed to be able to troubleshoot and reprogram the thermostat. Tech did not have a clue as to what the problem was or how to reprogram the thermostat. As a result, I was stuck with paying $331 for a $140 thermostat...plus their after hours fee of $189. On top of it all, when the Tech attempted to remove his fingerprints from the wall, he used a green towel which was not color-fast and left green streaks on the wall when it dried. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with this company again.
Don’t hire these people they take your money and run they don’t know what they are doing no professionalism at all
Bad service, no answers when tou call and are refusing to give me the papers of my warranty regret hiring them

Please I beg anyone that is looking into hiring these people pleaseeeee if you want to save yourself a headache and money DO NOT HIRE them hear my words they are the worst company not only they take your money but they don't do your work correctly they are thieves. if they had 0 stars I would give them 0
Inspect maintenance done on their installed heating and cooling system. When a technician finally arrived, he found that the previous technician had placed a filter too close to the heating unit which create a strong burnt smoke and smell in my home. I had to get another HVAC company to remove damaged installation in my addict and replace with new. I have tried unsuccessfully to get Smart Choice to respond to my request for reimbursement of my out of pocket funds to have the problem correct. I am a 73 y/o who began experiencing coughing, difficulty breathing from the strong smell. I am giving a 1 star because prior to this incident, the technicians did a phenomenal job maintaining my unit.
Smart Choice is the way to go! Travis and Pedro work together so well, they got things done quick. They keep our home clean and covered. Chris help us get the best price for our units and we really appreciate his business. I highly recommend these guys, they are the best on what they do 👍🏽 From Jonathan City :Rancho Palos Verdes
The whole gang is awesome, Eithen has great customer services expertise, very informative which each product he presents. Travis and Pedro have come twice to install a heater and AC unit. Outgoing people, friendly. Pete installed the Halo water system, also great person. I’ve also got the chance to meet their boss Chris. I definitely recommend their services to my family and friends. Thanks guys!
From the first phone call every person we spoke to was professional and courteous and so helpful! They sent a technician out the same day, Cole Flores, who answered all our questions and explained everything and got to work right away with his assistant, and when it seemed they would have to come back the next morning, a third tech was brought in and found and repaired the final problem! The price was very reasonable and the techs didn't leave until the AC was working perfectly! We will recommend Smart Choice Heating and Air to everyone! Thanks so much! David and Jackie Whited

Got an estimate, and Ethan was very professional, he delivered 5 star service and went above and beyond and through the extra trouble to explain everything, to properly answer all of our questions. He took extra time to explain in detail all the solutions needed and offered proper resolutions, as well as explaining the process and gave us a good quote (at a wonderfully competitive rate and was even willing to throw in some extras at no cost!) I'm so sorry we took so much of your time with this estimate, we TRULY appreciated your care, patience and attention to detail! The duct work was well done and completed in a timely and efficient manner. Both installers, Travis and Pedro were very pleasant and responsive to all my concerns.

They did a great job updating my air conditioning unit, which was 20 years old, last Summer. It is still running beautifully, and is saving me money because it is more efficient than my old one. Would highly recommend
I have been incredibly harassed and threatened by an employee that represents this company, chad towersey. He was in my home, on his phone yelling and recording. Very unprofessional. Started yelling racist remarks at me when I asked him to please stop and called me a “doinker”. DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMANY.
