Words aren’t adequate enough to describe how thrilled we are with Smart Air and the quality and professionalism of David and Tim. They removed our old HVAC system and installed new ductwork and equipment. Superior quality workmanship and value for the entire project. Bravo. We highly recommend Smart Air without hesitation.
Great Service and Great Prices!!
I had Dave and Tim from Smart Air LLC come out to give me a quote on installing an AC/Heat pump unit in my home. They were quick to give me an affordable quote and some options. They did the work the following week in only 2 days. I did not have an existing system so they had to run all of the duct work, electrical and install the unit in the attic. Extremely nice guys and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
Previous service provider estimated over $2,600 repair. Smart Air inspected and repaired my Furnace for $129. Spectacular!!!

I highly recommend Dave and Tim ! They performed an excellent job replacing our entire AC unit. They were able to get us the new unit quickly and installed it for us right away which was absolutely perfect! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They left our home spotless and hauled all the old equipment away. Dave took the time to educate my husband and I on the new system and how to work it. We were extremely satisfied and will be continuing to use their services in the future !
Dave and his partner came right on time and finished the install at a very reasonable price. They were very respectful of the space and cleaned up after they finished installing the AC unit. Dave and Tim were called to service our AC that we haven't used in months. They quickly realized the system had no coolant. They quickly identified the leak, repaired and charged the system. They explained what the details before servicing the unit. very honest and were courteous. prices were very reasonable..much better than big service companies. Thank you
Can't say enough good about these guys! Excellent communication, our project had some delays and Dave checked in every couple weeks for scheduling. They did a very nice install for us on a 2 head mini split system. My wife was very impressed at how quiet and how much air the system moved. If you're looking for a quality contractor and a fair price, look no further.

Tim and Dave just replaced my AC and heating system. Great experience from initial contact through installation. Reasonable price. All of my questions prior to install were answered promptly. Clearly explained the system before leaving. Left my house clean.

First time using Smart Air as we have not been 100% satisfied with who we had used in the past. Dave and Tim arrived on time. Both were courteous and professional. Dave and Tim were both knowledgeable and helpful with answering our questions. Went over our system and gave some great tips to help us keep our system running smooth and extend its life. Preventative maintenance is one way to get the most life out of your system and also avoid costly repairs. Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend Smart Air.
Dave was quick to respond when we didn’t have heat! Ordered and replaced heating and ac unit the next day! Also recommended UV light for ducts to kill any mold growing in the duct work. Excellent service and quality for the price! Highly recommend Dave and Tim for any of your HVAC needs. Will definitely use them again.
Dave came and installed a mini split in our second-story bedroom and a new, more energy-efficient whole home AC system. He was completely professional, cleaned up after himself, worked quickly, and was very reasonable. We are very happy with the new system, and would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for HVAC service.
