Your company is absolutely the best I cannot thank you enough! Last fall my AC went down, and I called another company which I had at the time by the name of Airtron. That particular technician was very superficial and immediately told me that I needed a new furnace installed. Thank goodness a friend told me about your company and one of your wonderful technicians came over. Here we are is spring and my heating system was working all winter long. Thank you so much for your honesty and for your exceptional work.
I would highly recommend Sloderbeck Heating and cooling. They came and looked over my old failed system and put together a new system for my home. They then installed the system and did an amazing job. Everybody was very professional and did an excellent job on the install. I know other people that have had great experiences with them and always come highly recommended. I look forward to continued business with them.
A guy from another company came out the week before and told me I needed to spend $2000 to bring my system up to code before he would even work on it. My tech was on time and explained everything he was doing and told me my system was working fine. I’m a very satisfied customer and will have them out to check my AC in the spring.

We moved into our house a year ago and have had issues with parts of the house not cooling down like other parts of the house. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and helped me come up with a game plan to best trouble shot the issue rather than trying to sell me everything under the sun. He checked over both systems and we signed up with a maintenance plan that is a better value than any of the other companies out there. Technician was very personable, and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Terrible experience - If you want the short version, this company does not properly identify the problem, goes for the quick fix (which actually makes things worse), and does not want to trouble their technicians to accommodate a normal work schedule. I had Sloderbeck come out when my AC stopped producing cold air. A tech came out and told me I was low on refrigerant. They charged me nearly $400 that day to refill. The AC went out again the next day. Upon calling back, they didn't want to out on the weekend. Finally, the owner came and rewired around my compressor unit claiming it was faulty. When the air stopped working the very next day, the owner told me he "Didn't want to bother their guys to come out" for a 4pm or 5pm appointment. I was traveling for work. My wife works full time. How was someone ever supposed to be here to let them in if they can only come in the middle of the day? Needless to say, I called another company to come out when the the AC stopped working for the second time. The new company informed me that my refrigerant was overfilled, which caused MORE trouble. The original source of the problem had nothing to do with what Sloderbeck identified. I don't know if they were in a hurry or if they felt like they could take advantage of me as a young woman, but this experience was absolutely terrible. Now I'm out the original fee, have bigger problems, and am just now getting my problem fixed with a new company (some 2.5 weeks later). If you want to keep your house, your family, your dogs cool - Call someone else.
