Brent made it here fast on a 95 degree day, and had my AC up and running again in 1 hour tops. Very fair price, will be using again in the future. Very friendly and had great advice for future maintenance of your unit.

When something goes wrong with our heating or AC I only call Sloan. They get me scheduled quickly. He is always on time. I get a text when he’s traveling to my house. He explains everything he is doing and explains what’s wrong so that I understand and my 100 questions doesn’t seem to bother him. All these things are important to us and this is why we give a five star.
We had an awesome experience! As first time homeowners we had no clue where to start when our unit started acting up. Getting an appointment was quick & easy and communication was great! Brent was super thorough and professional! Highly recommend!!
Tech diagnosed an issue and replaced parts to no avail. We were charged $250 and left without a working unit. The company didn't offer to repay their mistake. Tech arrived at home late on other occasion. I had to rush to work and was on my way home...within 15 minutes. Lady on the phone was rude and got irritated, increasing her voice and cutting me off mid-sentence before she heard the whole story, that the tech would have to wait a short amount of time. Like a lot of other businesses nowadays, I believe they have forgotten who the customer is.
Amazing company. Returned my call immediately. Came out on the weekend, diagnosed my heating issue, and fixed the problem for a great price. Best HVAC company in the Savannah area. I highly recommend.

Outstanding company and a joy to do business with these wonderful folks! They are quick to respond whenever we have called. They schedule precise times for appointments and service calls and arrive a few minutes early. All communications with them are clear and well-documented. Sloan Heating & Air has made three service calls to our house and installed a mini-split in our shop. Each time the work has been done quickly and completely cleaned up when finished. Brent was very professional. He was knowledgeable of what was wrong with my system. Brent also provided information to purchase a preferred package which will help keep my system clean and maintained. When I called Sloan Heating & Air, I received an appointment the same day. From start to finish, Sloan Heating and Air made the entire process effortless. They worked with me directly to ensure I was content and satisfied for every step of the build, from exact placement of vents to the routing of the duct work and more. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the project. Highly recommend these folks and will def be using again in the future for general maintenance and future installs.
Everyone I dealt with or spoke to were very professional from installers to owners to the young ladies at the office were also very helpful and sweet it was a great experience I will personally use then for all my heating and cooling needs I am in the carpentry business and will certainly recommend then to all my customers they handled everything right down to my Warranties and receipts in it’s own folder delivered to my house THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH !!!! Brent and Tiffany Sloan are fantastic to work with. Brent does a great job and goes above and beyond to give great service. He installed a new heat pump for me he and his workers are professional and very polite and considerate. I highly recommend Sloan’s for all your A/C and heating issues.
