I was extremally fortunate to have discovered Skywalker HVAC. Ryan is a true professional in all phases of HVAC. The service he provided is head and solders beyond his competition. Many of his competitors seem unscrupulous in comparison, many never did any heat calculations. Many did not take into consideration the cold weather we experience here in New England and offered cheaper equipment that would not be effective should the temperature drop below 20 degrees. I found Ryan to be very honest and trustworthy. Should I ever have future HVAC needs I will only seek Ryan as the person I hire. He has earned my greatest respect as a person and a businessman.
We wanted to convert part of our home to a heat pump system for heating and cooling. Ryan and his team responded quickly to our request, analyzed our home, and identified the best equipment for our particular circumstances. He reviewed options with us so that we had all the information we needed to make a decision on the best system. Once here, his team was very respectful in keeping the workspace clean, installing as quickly as possible, and explaining all aspects of the system. It works great. Five stars!
You won't find anyone better than Ryan and Tom for your HVAC needs. They are hard working, knowledgable, reliable, professional, and all around just a pleasure to work with. Contrary to other contractors we spoke with, they went above and beyond to think of HVAC solutions that fit our personal house and needs. They are dynamic and flexible, gracefully navigating obstacles as they came up. We could not recommend Skywalker HVAC more!
Such a positive experience working with Skywalker HVAC! Ryan and Tom were a pleasure to work with. We purchased a new home and removed cast iron radiators and installed air-source heat pumps to heat and cool the whole home. We used mini-splits on 2 floors and a ducted system for the upstairs floor. Ryan took the time to fully spec out the system in the bidding process, vs. other plumbers that just threw a number down on paper without actually thinking through the specifics of equipment placement, heat loads, etc. Throughout the install process Ryan was responsive, clear, fast, and customer-service oriented which was so refreshing within an industry that is usually not so. Ryan even led us through the MassSave rebate process. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional and quality experience with HVAC installation.

I can’t say enough great things about SkyWalker HVAC! Ryan was so easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and continued to communicate throughout the services (he’s done a few jobs for me). He is very reasonable and trustworthy. He even went the extra mile during one of my services and re-wired my thermostat that I had incorrectly done myself. I will absolutely hire him for future services and would recommend him to anyone I know!
The installation was clean and professionally done. The system has performed flawlessly since installation. And we got a fat rebate!

I would highly recommend Skywalker HVAC! Ryan was incredibly thorough in exploring my options and what was best for my needs and my budget. He did not try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He was very patient in answering all my questions and making sure I was an informed consumer. Ryan was professional, responsive, and conscientious. A really wonderful experience all around! Great experience from start to finish! They were responsive and very fairly priced compared to all the other companies in the area. Ryan did a great job explaining to me the work he was doing to my AC system as well as recommended maintenance for the future. They also installed a nest thermostat for me and walked me through the functionality. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.
