My LG refrigerator stopped cooling yesterday and after a deep research we finally decided to give a chance to Skyrocket. Technician David was prompt and patiently explained that LG's commonly have a problems with compressors. Same minutes he called to the manufacturer and opened a case. It took him about 15 minutes to explain them an issue and they finally promised to send us a new compressor for free! David discounted for us a labor fee, as for seniors, and didn't charge anything till all the job will not properly done and refrigerator will run. Just love their approach to the business.
They are just perfect. Everything I like: local family-owned company, take care of reputation and do everything to make you feel satisfied. I like their open and friendly policy to LGBT society and woman owner. And of course, service itself is good. Refrigerator been fixed by replacing a thermostat on it, took 2 days to finish. Works fine!
My experience with Skyrocket was just great! They are not only replaced air conditioner, they also inspected all home appliances and checked if there are something we need to else. Guys are clean and patient, patiently explained everything to us. Will use them again in the future!
