Skyline H&C did an excellent job installing a heat pump for us in less than two days! We had several companies out to quote the work for adding a heat pump to our existing furnace, and Skyline was the most professional, educational in explaining the work, and competitive in pricing. We had heard rave things from them working on the homes of our neighbors- and now we are raving with happiness! Kyle came to do the estimate, and he came back with a team to do the work; he was genuinely interested in helping us find the best solution for wanting our home to be more efficient and walked us through several options. They were fantastic in scheduling around some time issues we had and were quick to communicate and respond whenever we reached out with a question. Kyle is a great teacher and helps teach you how to use the technology to it's most efficient level- all while making the info accessible and easy to understand. He went above and beyond- even ordering a different intake filter than the originally planned one to minimize drywall cutting and make it asthetically pleasing (it's in a pretty visible location in our home). Kyle and the team were courteous and mindful being in my space while I worked from home, communicating with me throughout the work, and our new heat pump works so smoothly. It will be a joy to have a/c in the summer, and lower gas bills for the cold weather! It was clear in every step of the process that Kyle and the Skyline team clearly enjoy and are proud of their work. I recommend Skyline with all the stars!
Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year (of course) a couple weeks ago. Called several companies. One has yet to call me back (Blue Flame), one was able to come in 3 weeks. Skyline was able to fit us in in 2 weeks, then actually called to let me know they had a cancellation and could come earlier! The repairman let me know when he was 30 minutes away. Came, diagnosed the issue and made the repairs without issue. I cannot recommend the service the Skyline offers highly enough. From the person I spoke to on the phone (Courtney) to the repair-person. All were friendly and helpful. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
The fan in our heater went out on Saturday night so I messaged Skyline Heating & Cooling. Scott got right back to me and set an appointment for Monday. The Technician Rob showed up on time, was professional and very knowledgeable. He actually had the part on his truck and was able to fix it right there. I was very happy with the service and the price and would definitely us Skyline Heating & Cooling again.
I had a furnace installed last year by a different company that had a strange setup for replacing filters (the filters did not have a slot-according to the manual we had the angle the filters into a V-shaped funnel). Long story short-the other company was not able/willing to help us figure out the filter. Scott & one of his guys came out and refashioned the furnace to have a simple filter door/slot system. We are so happy with how easy it is to replace filter cartridges now! My hubby and I highly highly recommend Skyline and their team they have the expertise and are trustworthy:)
Skyline went a over and beyond! Had original furnace (1962) and hot water heater that was well over 25 years old. They came in and gave us such a fair estimate for new equipment we decided to add central air, too! Scott, Rob and their crew had everything done within 2 days! At enf of inspection and payment - it wasn't a penny more than what we were quoted! Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and kind! Highly recommend Skyline!!!!
Rob and Scott did a great job after our water heater broke. They were efficient and fair priced. They were very responsive and handled all our questions. No surprises in the fees. We would definitely use them again.
Scott and Rob just installed a new furnace and AC unit. They were amazing and went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend them.
