Absolutely astounding work. Incredibly knowledgable, no pressure, and patient. Price was very reasonable, and Kyle completely knocked it out of the park. Lifelong customer.
I would like to say Skyline was an amazing company. Prompt, knew their stuff, and didn't price gouge. I had my heating system serviced and maintenance tonight and I was completely satisfied with everything that was done and suggested my technician was Kyle and he was phenomenal! Thank you Skyline!
I received multiple bids to install my ductless system in Bellingham, WA. With meeting each contractor, I received the best response from Kyle with Skyline. He provided me excellent service, arrived promptly, even gave me options to save me money through rebates and gave expert recommendations for my house specifically. You can tell he is passionate and is knowledgeable in his craft. Never felt safer in an investment.
Skyline H&C did an excellent job installing a heat pump for us in less than two days! We had several companies out to quote the work for adding a heat pump to our existing furnace, and Skyline was the most professional, educational in explaining the work, and competitive in pricing. We had heard rave things from them working on the homes of our neighbors- and now we are raving with happiness! Kyle came to do the estimate, and he came back with a team to do the work; he was genuinely interested in helping us find the best solution for wanting our home to be more efficient and walked us through several options. They were fantastic in scheduling around some time issues we had and were quick to communicate and respond whenever we reached out with a question. Kyle is a great teacher and helps teach you how to use the technology to it's most efficient level- all while making the info accessible and easy to understand. He went above and beyond- even ordering a different intake filter than the originally planned one to minimize drywall cutting and make it asthetically pleasing (it's in a pretty visible location in our home). Kyle and the team were courteous and mindful being in my space while I worked from home, communicating with me throughout the work, and our new heat pump works so smoothly. It will be a joy to have a/c in the summer, and lower gas bills for the cold weather! It was clear in every step of the process that Kyle and the Skyline team clearly enjoy and are proud of their work. I recommend Skyline with all the stars!

Scott and his crew did an excellent job installing my new heat pump. Scott was responsive and had great attention to detail. His customer engagement was first rate. I would definitely recommend them.
Over the last two weeks, Rob at Skyline has provided repair and maintenance services three times at three different locations (furnace at primary residence, furnace at rental property, and ductless HVAC at rental property). In all three cases, Rob provided outstanding service: he arrived on time, he called or texted 30-45 minutes in advance that he was on his way, he was very friendly, and he took the time to provide clear explanations. In two of the three cases he was able to repair on the spot, and the third he was able to run and get the needed part in 20 minutes. To top it off, Skyline has very reasonable and fair pricing. I can't recommend these guys enough!
