Highly recommend. AJ and his staff went above and beyond. Ekta calmed me and reassured they’d be out ASAP. I was displaced due to not only having a broken water heater, but then had no water due to a previous company installing the valve wrong. AJ made a special trip to see if there was anything he could do while waiting for equipment. Then came out on a Sunday to install the new water heater and then fixed the shut off valve. You really don’t find people like this. Often I highly recommend using Skye heating and air-conditioning.
I usually don’t make it a point to give a review. However I must submit a review because this company has done an outstanding job on repairing my AC. Very responsive with all aspect of this job. I would like to point out a specific person, AJ. From start to finish he did an excellent job! Thank you for the wonderful job you provided. A1 service!!
Tried to use this company to fix my hot water heater. The process was much different than ever experienced before. Somehow, even though NOT showing up to my home, they were able to determine that the whole unit needed replacing even though it was less thank 5 years old. Thye submitted that to the warranty company. Obviously, a problem as they didn't even try to fix anything and thought they could take advantage of the warranty company as well as the landlord and tenant. I'd rather stay with cold water for an extended period of time than work with a company like this. Definitely stay away. Additionally, the one positive review they have from Ekta, this person actually works for the company. Edit to add: After the owners reply you can see how they treat customers with a threatening tone and a good luck. Stay away unless you want to be part of their fraudulent activity.

Customer service for this company was intensely rude and childish! They were called through insurance to check a water heater. The technician threatened my tenant for reporting he did NOT SHOW! HE SHOULD BE REPORTED! POSSIBLY THE OWNER?? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I’m so glad I decided to work with Skye heating & Air conditioning when my air conditioner was giving me issues. The air conditioner started leaking when my family needed it the most. Aj came out and quickly replaced my A/C all while working with my home owner’s insurance. They go above and beyond to make sure their customer is fully satisfied with the solution.Their availability is wonderful they are open 7 days a week which helps customers out with their work schedules.
