Immediate and fantastic service from Zach at Simply Comfortable Heating and Cooling. Our Air Conditioner was not working and since it is about 20 years old we were afraid we would need a new unit. Zach came out the day we called, did the necessary repair and A/C is working great. He took the time to explain what he did and answered all of our questions without us ever feeling rushed. He is very knowledgeable and rates are reasonable. We highly recommend Zach and his company.
This team was very professional and knowledgeable. The last company I had performing my maintenance said that I needed a new furnace. I decided to call Simply Comfortable for a second opinion and they informed me that it was simply a dirty flame sensor. They saved me quite a bit of money with their honesty and integrity. I will keep using this company moving forward and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid HVAC service provider.
We had an furnace emergency on Christmas Eve and Zach’s made time and came out last minute. Trustworthy & would recommend.
Zach Hvac was a completely different experience than I’ve ever had with any other hvac people. I was educated about the issue I had. They presented me with several options.The work was done within the estimated time and came in under what quoted. Honesty and dependability are exactly what I wanted and exactly what I got. I Hired Zach's Heating and Cooling to a Full tear out and Install Heating and Air with Humidifier and Thermostat also Extending Venting. Zach is always on time and never gives up on Working for the Solution to any Problem and Backs his Product and Work. Best work by far I've seen around the valley in a long long time. These small local companies nickel and dime you! Zachs hvac was more then professional and we would like him to do future work
We called Zach when our furnace wasn't working. He came to our home promptly to examine the problem. Zach cleaned our entire furnace (it hasn't been checked in a few years) and that fixed the issue .He also put in new furnace mounts, and installed a new smart thermostat for us. He explained everything he was examining and highlighted things to keep an eye on. Zach's rates are fair and I plan on using him for all my HVAC situations. I'm happy to have him especially since he is local (I moved to Mount Prospect in May of 2021).
Great company, Zach himself came out to service my moms air conditioning and found a few errors and corrected it it.. amazing job!!!!
Zach’s HVAC are awesome. My AC unit was not working. I called at 1 pm. They were able to squeeze me in and arrived at 4pm same day. Technician was here less than 30mins. He fixed a bad capacitor and my AC unit was up and running. Check them out for your heating or cooling needs.

I want to enthusiastically recommend Zach! We had a recurring problem with our furnace (installed by another HVAC person). Zach returned as often as necessary, investigated the problem thoroughly, and gave us a series of options at different price points. When we decided to go with a new system, his advice was invaluable, and the install went off seamlessly. The things that stand out about Zach: He always calls or texts back promptly. He shows up when he says he will. He communicates clearly. He and his team leave a spotless work space after they leave. He is a true professional, and you will not regret using him!
We've called Zach's HVAC now - the first time was to replace an old A/C unit and this time was to install an Ecobee. Zach and his team were responsive and able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. They always take great care in what they do! Zach always gives us his honest opinion and is VERY fair in his pricing. I recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC needs and we'll definitely be calling him anytime we have our own!
