This company installed my bionaire cooler. They are a local family owned business. They so up on time, do good work, and answer all questions. There work is guaranteed for a year. And when I had problems they showed up asap.

Sam was punctual, professional, and friendly. He replaced a malfunctioning float in our swamp cooler, evaluated the rest of our unit and said everything else is fine. Price was competitive and reasonable for a service call. Thanks!!

Called Simple Air due to the quality of their reviews, and I was not disappointed. I'm a senior with a roof mounted swamp cooler, and it needed some additional maintenance with the summer start up, namely, pan coating and rust removal/repaint. I spoke with Mario, who sent Samuel and Brian out to service the unit. These nice gentlemen showed up on time and got right to work. Since the coating and paint needed 24 hours to dry, they returned the next day to install the pads and get everything running. My cooler has worked flawlessly all summer and is still going strong. I have been having bad experiences with pool guy's. Sprinkler repair guy's. FINALLY reached good luck with these guy's. Called . Explained my swamp cooler issue. Came out same day. The two gentleman that came out we're very respectful and quick. Thank you soo much guy's! Beyond grateful 🙏

I'm so glad I found Simple Air Swamp Cooler Services. For the past 5 years, I've relied on handyman services to perform regular maintenance and repairs. None of them were able to find the solution to my swamp cooler issues. Finally, Simple Air was able to find the problem, fix it, and do it all in a timely manner. I highly recommend Simple Air. They are also reasonably priced.

I contacted Simple Air Swamp Coolers in desperation during an incredible heat wave. My mother’s small window AC unit was not doing the job in her small little mobile home in Lucerne Valley. I spoke with Mario and he was so good about explaining why the AC unit was not working, and he explained how Swamp Coolers work. He made it so clear that I immediately hired him. He even recommended where I could buy the Swamp Cooler unit and he picked it up on his way to the job/ stall. He installed the unit and did a clean job. My mother is extremely happy with it, and couldn’t be happier with the way it works. I’ve called Mario a couple of times with questions and concerns and he is responsive, and doesn’t just text back. He actually calls you. And he explains the situation. He went out to my mothers house when there was an issue with the unit, and it was reassuring to me because I am almost 2 hours away and he made sure the unit was working properly (it was something my mother did to it!). You cannot go wrong with hiring Mario and Simple Air… He was fair, and he did a terrific job! He takes Zelle payments, and he stands by his work. I’m not sure how old Mario is, and not that it matters, but he sounds quite young and if that is the case, he handles himself with great maturity. I will always have him service my mothers unit. Mario and Sammy showed up to our house on time and identified some issues we had with our swamp cooler. Had it up and running quick. Definitely going to use these guys from now on. Highly recommend.
Whenever I have a problem or need maintenance on my swamp cooler, I call Simple Air. They are so kind and knowledgeable. They give you excellent service. Another plus is they answer the phone if you call before or after hours. I hope they are in business as long as I’m alive. I couldn’t hope for a better company. They have good prices and do not overcharge!
They were on my roof and within 10 minutes had us back up and working! Reasonably priced, on time, professional…..will definitely use them again and refer them for sure.
