I have had Simmons replace my gas hot water heater, fix my furnace and today replace pipes in back of my washing machine. Simmons crew are always great, arrive quickly, answer any and all questions that I may have. They also clean up when they are done. It's shocking to see that all of the area around where they have worked is spotless every time. If you did not know they were there you certainly could not tell. I love these guys !!! Thank you Simmons and crew.

Had an aging Water Heater installed and old one removed from an old house. Crew showed up on time, did what they needed to do (including connection of fridge for water). Crew worked well together and were in and out in good time. Management (Brad) was great to work with in advance visit.
I had an emergency after a storm (power outage) left a frozen pipe at my place that later burst. This was right during holiday season (Dec. 28th), and I was out of the country. Simmons not only took care of my problem, but they did it with nobody in the house, all in record time, and called me every step of the way to reassure us. There was plenty of damage, but thanks to your incredibly responsive team, we were able to start the repair process quickly and efficiently. Simmons has earned a customer for life with us. I cannot thank you enough for the hard and precise work!
Driver very rude
I was not looking forward to replacing my aging oil burner. Especially, with inflation, supply chain issues and hit or miss customer service experiences. I am fortunate that Simmons Plumbing & HVAC has an office in my town. When John sat me down at the kitchen table and explained the process in detail, I immediately put down a deposit to get the ball rolling. Brad called me back to schedule the install and even accommodated me with a start date change down the road due to a conflict. Nick and Cory showed up just as planned. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was impressed. I was not expecting the process to be that easy. They finished in two days as planned. Simmons is doing something right to attract and retain young gentlemen like Nick and Cory. You will not be disappointed hiring Simmons for your plumbing and heating needs.
Very responsive, but charges expensive service call $175, then a hourly rate, then $300/lb for r410a. I needed three pounds. It's tripple dipping. The service call wasn't even deducted from the cost Current price at supply house for 410a $19/lb. $475/25lb bottle. I didn't find out about the refrigerant cost until they were there. Not impressed. The techs were great but they aren't the owners. It's too common now for HVAC places to charge like this. They did come out when I was in a bind.
Best plumbing service in the seacoast
I called simmons today 9/15/22 asking if I could have an appointment to repair my 78 year old mother's shower. I explained that she has cognitive issues and after 20 years the knob that switches from tub to shower stopped working. The receptionist I spoke to was so kind and helpful and although their schedule was full she squeezed my mother in. The techs arrived during the two hour window and made one 78 year old NEW customer and her daughter very happy. After the repair mother called and said they were so nice and if anything happens in the future she wants them back as her plumbers.
Professional, efficient and reasonable price
Brian and Matt did a great job installing my new AC unit. They were professional and personable.
We had new AC/Heating (Split) system installed. No more lugging up & down AC’s every yr. The crew - professional, prompt, patient with our questions & concerns. I appreciated their kindness toward my husband’s cookies & very dry humor. Looking forward to Simmons returning to install heating driveway. Thank you for job well done
I have used Simmons plumbing for a few years now, no matter how big or small the issue is at my home they always come right out and repair the problem. They are extremely polite and respectful in my home and the wonderful ladies in the office are just simply the best!

Be very careful with this company. They are more readily available than others and make their very-high labor rates known upfront. What you don't know is the exorbitant fees they charge for parts. Expansion Tank: Over $150 charged which can be purchased for under $40 at Lowes; a more than 3x markup. Water feeder valve: Over $200 charged which can be purchased for $80 at Lowes. That's for the entire unit where they only replaced the top half of the unit, not the entire valve. I have no issue with them replacing just the top half, but don't charge 2.5x the cost of the entire valve. Relief valve: Over $150 charged which can be purchased at Lowes for $35; a more than 4x markup. Their crew seemed proficient, but the parts (and labor) prices are extremely high.
Tried to schedule an appointment called twice ,told someone would contact me when they came in . No one called tried to explain this to person on phone whom kept interrupting me. Person said they were very busy well good . Would not use them just for the fact they never called back and were condescending on phone !
