Charged $150 for coming out, couldn't do anything to fix it, (not his fault) the next 4 days were a holiday weekend so had to wait 5 days in July with no ac to get a quote for a part . never heard back from him, had someone else come out because they were helpful. wife wasnt happy with his tone. He seemed inconvenienced even tho he got paid $150 for a 30min visit at best and didn't even follow up with the quote like he said he would. Won't contact again Wish we had got the 5 star service everyone else claims to had
Loves what he does and you can tell in his work. He stands by his work. Tells you what needs to be done. Shows you what needs to be done and does what needs to be done. Shows up when he says he’s going to. I cannot say enough great things about this company.
Chad was very quick at responding, getting me a quote, and work was scheduled to be done right away. We are very happy with the work. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies I got bids from.

My husband and I purchased a new AC unit and furnace. Chad and his crew were awesome to work with! There customer service was exceptional. They were very respectful of our home by removing their shoes. They went above and beyond to explain everything to us. Chad is a perfectionist and treats his customers like family.
During last week’s heat wave the AC unit gave up on us in the house we just moved into three months ago. After being quoted a ridiculous amount from a reputable company requesting I also have the entire vent work done, I had a close friend lead to the trustworthy services of this recommendation. He came out right away and was not only incredibly friendly but willing to explain everything in such detail I understood what I needed. I had to get a whole new system despite his efforts to check the compressor and other possible solutions. It was worth the wait for a system that was less than half what I was quoted from the first company. Our house is unevenly lever needed additional duct work to be completed, which they did with no up charge! we are back up and running, which when you have two kids, everyday without Ac in a heat wave is a long day. This is the only company I’m gonna be using from now on

Nate found the source of our of problem & worked very hard until it was resolved. It was a holiday so we were most appreciate. He was friendly, professional & did above & beyond. Would definitely recommend them.
Our A/C wasn't working (again) and we decided to use a different HVAC service. We contacted Chad based on numberous positive reviews. We were impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Chad explained and showed us what was wrong with the existing system and gave us a couple of options with estimates. We decided to replace the units based on his recommendation and couldn't be happier with the results. We have recommended Siefert Mechanical LLC to several of our friends. Kudos!
Chad and Nate did in awesome job installing my new furnace and ac. They answered my call right away and gave me an appt for the next day. They arrived on time. They were professional & knowledgeable and left the area clean and debris free. Call them. You'll be glad you did.

I cannot recommend Siefert Mechanical enough! Chad installed a brand new AC system a year ago and no problems whatsoever. I did had a lot of problems with my contractor at the time and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
Chad was very responsive when I called his business to get a bid on a mini split system with a/c and heat in my garage.He came out the next day and gave me a bid !! Next day he installed it and it works perfect couldn’t ask for a better guy and business to do the work thanks again chad you got all my work from now on. Tom Rathbun
