By far the best experience ive had when dealing with anything related to my ac system. SHR A/C & Heating fit me into their schedule the same evening to accommodate my own busy schedule. Will definitely go with this company again and have already recommended them multiple times.

The day the heat index was 117, our a/c went out. Steve was the only service offer to check it out the same day. Steve and Mike were very professional, explained everything, and had a new condenser installed so quickly, and even helped make sure I registered it properly to get the warranty. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Steve has been our go to guy for HVAC work for a couple years now. It’s never a convenient time when our AC has gone out and Steve has been available to come out and fix our problem quickly. He is responsive, reliable, and does good work. I recommend you call Steve for any HVAC work you need
We experienced problems with our old, broken air conditioner. We chose to shop around and interview a few experts in order to choose the best one because we knew it would be an expensive investment to replace it with a new contemporary AC. When reviewing what he found, I was grateful that he had taken photos of everything to show me. when discussing what he discovered, as that gave me confidence that he wasn't inventing anything. He also took me inside the apartment so I could view the problems he was suggesting we fix, and he finished the work quickly, perfectly, and to the highest standard. AC outside unit would not shut off, called Steven. Came out same day found the problem and completed the repair with in an hour. Fair price, knowledgeable, courteous and on time . SHR will be my go to for HVAC issues from now on.
I am beyond impressed with Steve's service! When our AC broke down in the middle of the night, we were panicked and didn't know who to call. Fortunately, we found Steve who was willing to come out to our home and fix our AC as an emergency. He arrived promptly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Steve and Mike did some amazing work. My ac went out and I needed a whole new unit.. they got me scheduled immediately and spent as much time as they needed to get the job done and to make me a happy camper again. I highly recommend this company!!
I have been using SHR for years. As requested, I originally posted a good review. Over the years, I have had some issues with the work and even paid to correct issues with their previous work. Recently they broke a drainage pipe in the attic and the garage ceiling collapsed from the drainage. SHR refuses to do anything about it. I had been planning to replace a HVAC unit and was considering SHR in spite of the fact that they offered Payne (Low cost) equipment at a 600$ higher cost than the other bid from a known reputable shop was asking for American Standard (Known high quality) equipment.
We had unusually high gas bills despite a new system. Steve checked things out all over the house & attic. He found a duct not attached and issues with the duct work that he added to and worked some other magic. My gas bill is $100.00 less & my house is warmer! Honest & thorough guy !
