A clients tenants heater went out, I called Showcase and they had him booked for the next day to check it out. When they were out at the house, they were able to diagnose and repair the issue all for a fraction of the cost of what we expected. The office does a great job, they're very responsive and on top of everything. At not point despite it being a small job, did I feel lost in the shuffle. Great job Showcase!
Outstanding service and response. A member of the household has a medical issue that required a very rapid response. SHOWCASE worked with the insurance company and installed a new unit the same day they were contracted. The service provider recommended by the insurance carrier was both more expensive and required longer lead time.I recommend that SHOWCASE should be the first company considered for any HVAC work. -Rusty Husar

We had roofing repairs and needed to have three AC Units relocated during the repairs. This company scheduled this project to coincide with another vendor doing the roofing and did so with great ease. They remained very professional and listened to our needs.
The Worst Experience Ever! We had our unit inspected and serviced by Showcase a few months ago. At that time the technicians said our unit only needed recharging. So they did that and left, with the assurance that if there was any future issues we could simply call and they would come back out ASAP and fix it. Well, today our unit went out again and stopped working. I placed 25 calls, left 2 voicemails and a text message and still, absolutely no response from Jessica or anyone at the company. We have been without AC in 100+ degree weather for over 5 hours! I called Goettl and they sent someone right away! Showcase is HORRIBLE!!! Their voicemail clearly says, “... we are on the line with another customer, please leave a message and we will call you right back”. This is a scam, just to not answer the phone so they can call you back when they feel like it. Using COVID as an excuse. I will never use this company again.

Great company! Jessica made the scheduling easy and worked with our weird schedules. The technicians were knowledgeable and took on a task to fix my mini split that 8 other companies wouldn’t even come look at! They gave me a quote quickly and came back for work. I am so glad to have A/C in my garage again! They aren’t trying to price gouge or take advantage. They communicate and let you know what’s going on every step of the way. Great company!
The Team at Showcase HVAC is INCREDIBLE. Even in this busiest of time (the dead of summer) here in Southern Nevada, they were right on top of it. Taking care of my family AC Needs, getting my 20-year old second unit back online and helping keep our house cool and comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that has any issues with their Air Conditioning needs. I will also have them back out this fall to make sure my 20-year old heaters are ready for Winter.

It was so nice to have a good quality company send technicians that actually showed up when they said they would. As a single Middle Aged female, I felt completely safe, the technicians were gentleman and walked me through what they where doing. They cleaned up after they were done and it didn’t cost me a fortune. Thank you, I would highly recommend to anyone. Great company, and the lady ( Jess, I think ) I spoke with on the phone was so warm, and willing to work with me and my budget. Thanks. Five stars.
Showcase is no doubt, THE BEST, HVAC company in town. Jessica, the Admin contact, knows her stuff; very professional. Ken, Sergio and every single technician ever come out to do service are all very professional, courteous and their expertise never disappoints. They take care of about 25 or so AC/Heating units on our accounts and they're consistently reliable, on time and friendly. DO NOT go anywhere else for your HVAC needs. Showcase does an amazing job from start to finish. We're so glad we have them in our corner.
