I called Shoreland HVAC after my furnace stopped heating my house during a cold spell. Nick was able to come the same day and repair my 25+ year old furnace with a new part. I was thinking I would need a whole new furnace! Shoreland HVAC was honest, reliable, and affordable. Nick and his team earned my repeat business.
Shoreline gave me a quote for a hot water heater I accepted. Then I never heard from them again. My calls and e-mails went unanswered for a month. I have no idea why they did this. I was a customer for two years.
Takes care of all my buildings and rental homes. Hard to find a company with such honesty nowadays. Always there when I need them and does top quality work. Glad I switched a few years back!
Having issue with AC unit not working after ABC Heating and Cooling technician came out and replaced the control board for the furnace fan. After trying to get the AC working for about an hour and half they told me I would need a new AC unit when the AC was working perfectly fine before they replaced the control board. So I decided to call someone else to get a second opinion if I really needed a new AC unit. I am so very glad I did. I called Nick and he came onsite within the hour that I called. He switched out a couple of wires on the control board and the AC started working again. Took him maybe five minutes to figure it out. If you ever need work for your AC or heating units give Nick a call. Don't bother with the clowns at ABC Heating and Cooling. They will tell you something is broke and will need to be replaced when it really doesn't.
Shoreland HVAC is family owned by father and so , Mike and Nick. They both are simply the best. I felt like I was talking and dealing with family that I trust. But the complete great work and comprable rates are by far the best. Don’t waste your time looking around use Shoreland HVAV- reviewer- dennis manalo
