Very professional and reliable!
Having AC in Houston is non-negotiable! Our AC stopped working and we received quotes of between 10-15k. Michael was able to get out system blowing icicles again for a fraction of the cost. Cost aside. His personality, professionalism, and promptness were all 5 ⭐. I have found my go to for HVAC services and highly recommend him to all!!
They don't play with your time or money. I love they called me back asap. Although air condition is a big business and dime a dozen, a reliable company isn't. Houston is a terrible to have your ac go out. I'm super happy they are readily available when I needed them. Thank you!

Wow!! Our AC had stopped working in the middle of the night, and it was very hot considering it is July. Michael was at our home within the hour. He was able to fix the problems and get us back to being comfortable quickly. If you are looking for a professional, reliable, and affordable HVAC company, Shield Tech is it!
First of all, I had called several air-conditioning service companies and none had picked up. After about 10 calls, the gentleman from Shield HVAC picked up, took the time to listen to what the issue was, and stated that he will attempt to come by my house within a few hours. I was really appreciative and at the same time skeptical because he was the only one that did answer the phone. When he arrived, he was very professional, began to do a diagnosis and was able to report that it was a issue with my blower motor He made several calls to make sure that he could retrieve the part and I began to fear that we will be without AC for a few days until a part arrived. It was 90 degrees in my house. After a few minutes, he was able to let me know that the part was available and he would return the same day to install the part to give me, my wife, and our one-year-old daughter some relief. He returned a few hours later and installed the part and did a few additional maintenance services at no extra charge. This included unclogging a drain pipe, removing debris around that could possibly interrupt flow. He did quote me a price prior to installing the blow motor and was much less than what I researched. Overall he was extremely professional, honest, and in comparison, his service charges are more than reasonable. We will definitely utilize his services again.
Responsive, professional, highly skilled and fair! That's just the beginning. Short notice replacement of anything in a home is always a challenge and can be extremely stressful. Mike and the team made sure the potential ordeal was NOT an ordeal... in short they came and got right to it and finished same day leaving us cool and calm with a high quality system! I am grateful there are still some of these rare gems in the world and we were fortunate enough to experience the magic. If you need any HVAC work, Mike and his team are an excellent choice.

Lost one of my original units this summer. Shopped around quite a bit. Mike came by with a temporary unit to keep my upstairs cool until they could install. Gave me the best value! Great mix of service, installation, warranty, price and product. Thanks Mike!!!!!

Few weeks ago I had called Micheal from Shield Tech to come out to look at my AC unit at my new studio. He set an appointment right away and came asap. After Micheal had examined my AC unit, he notify me that my unit was broken and not running bc there’s a leak and the unit is very old. The landlord and property manager had told me it was a brand new AC unit but thanks to Micheal for letting me know that the AC unit I had was actually 19 years old. After I had told my landlord they were wrong and it’s an old unit, they had agreed to replace with a brand new unit which saved me $10k. I couldn’t thank Micheal from Shield Tech for his honesty. Micheal also had add in two AC vent and 1 return and now my studio AC is back on and Is running very well. Micheal definitely knows what he’s doing and his price is very decent and fair. I highly recommend him and he will be my forever AC guy for my business and my home.

Our experience with Shield Tech HVAC was awesome. Our A/C unit gave up 6 months after buying our home. We called and scheduled a appointment for an estimate on a new system, Mike came out and explained all our options and helped us to pick the best system for us and our home.
