We’d like to commend Shield Services for there on time, prompt and pricing at a fair value during these times. April who will now refer to his awesome April, Does a great job communicating with the customer and isn’t very effective in relaying the information to the guys in the field. We have used Shield Services on a professional level and on a personal level, and we have received nothing but the very best. The technicians reflect this company very highly when they arrive. I would like to give a special shout out to Seth, he communicates very well, and goes above and beyond till the job is complete.
I called after hours with a pipe leak in the front yard of my rental property. The technician checked it out, advised my tenant he would return this morning to repair the leak. He was there on time and was able to complete the repair quickly and efficiently! Great Work Shield Services! Thankful your number is in my contacts!!
Shawn was amazing. He was professional and friendly, and was mindful and kind to my blind cat. He addressed all of the electrical repairs needed for my new home and I no longer have any fire hazards. He was thorough and kept checking for quality throughout the process. He switched the 20amp to 15, uncrossed wires from my living room to my porch light, and grounded two sockets in my living room. He made magic happen. I appreciate his work and quality.
Update 2/22: I am so happy I called another company (East Tennessee Gas Specialties) that fixed the problem immediately. There was no need for a special part. The fix was done on the site in 30 min. Thus, Shield Services had an incorrect diagnosis to begin with. In response to Shield Services LLC reply: I never paid for services because they were paid for by the previous home owner. When I was going through the purchase of the new home, Evan communicated to me that the problem would be fixed and as a buyer I should have no concerns. As to bring a rude customer- I called the business seceral times and was told Evan, the owner would call me back. When I did not hear anything, I called back, to which the receptionist was very apologetic because she was under the impression Evan was calling me back when he wasn't. She was aware of how poorly I was being treated and I mentioned several times that I knew she was just the middle man to which she replied that she undersoid my frustration. I was a customer given a promise that was not met and then not communicated to. I was assertive, trying to get someone to communicate to me, but I was not rude. Original post: Evan and his team are unprofessional and unresponsive. This company is owned by someone who lies and does not communicate. Take your business elsewhere. I first met Evan in November of 2022, when we discussed repair of a gas fireplace, which he claimed would be fixed by ordering a special remote from the company. When I questioned if it could be any other issue, he stated that it could be the starter, but if it was that problem, the fix is cheap and he would cover the cost. Remote was due to be delivered in December. I never heard from Evan. Since then, I have called Shield Services and spoke to his receptionist on several occasions. I have been told multiple times Evan would be calling me, but he never did. The receptionist gave me a lot of excuses. First the remote was "out for delivery". I waited a week, th
Shaun did a great job with our electrical job. He was very professional and cleaned up everything when finished. I will definitely use Shield Services for any need in the future and I would recommend them to anyone!

Great experience and very fair prices. Shield was a 2nd opinion after we had another local group come over that i could rant about for 15 min...we will never be calling them or suggesting them again. This plumbing need was for a small commercial property we just purchased. Our tenants say the problems they've had for years were all fixed in one afternoon. This is now our go to call for all our plumbing needs. Thanks guys!
