I had become wary and suspicious of the all the high prices being quoted to me for a new HVAC system from yellow page calls I made when our 13 year old system had a refrigerant leak. I found these guys on FaceBook marketplace. Jason Shelton and his family came to the rescue when we needed a new HVAC split unit with professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and care. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I’ve never dealt with a company as excellent as they are. My new unit is great. Their warranties are amazing. I’m switching to their company for ALL of our heating and air needs and I hope you do too.
Shelton’s Family Heating and Air repaired our HVAC and got our heat running again. Their info has been permanently entered into our contacts as we feel we found a great company. They were concerned about our comfort and safety and offered to bring us heaters immediately if we needed them. They came as soon as possible and diagnosed the same problem as other companies. However, their price to fix the same issue was over $100 cheaper. Their work ethic is excellent and that’s hard to find anymore. We highly recommend them and appreciate the great job JASON did for us.
I had an excellent experience with Shelton's - although it wasn't an emergency situation, Jason clearly was dedicated to getting my heat back on asap. He made 2 trips to my house, one within a few hours of first going on Home Adviser/Angie's List and he found the issue with my unit in minutes. I was impressed with his superior domain knowledge. He clearly knows the business inside out. He picked up a part (inducer motor/fan) the next day and came back exactly when he said he would. The part was a little more expensive than i hoped but he showed me the receipt for the purchase without being asked and I did confirm the price on Amazon. He made the fix and cleaned the inside of my unit and his cost for service call and repair were very reasonable. I did join his twice yearly checkup offer and plan to use him exclusively going forward.
