My mother's FAU died during our recent cold weather and she was left without heat. We needed someone to jump on the job immediately, but didn't know where to turn. After doing a bit of research, we received multiple referrals to Shawn Lambert HVAC and decided to contact them. Boy were we impressed! They were responsive and professional and were even able to give us a quote by using photos of my mother's existing FAU. After agreeing to their proposal, they ordered the replacement unit and scheduled the install for a day later. The installer were prompt, professional and polite. The job was done that day and my mother once again had heat in her home. Shawn even texted that evening to follow-up to make sure everything was working as designed. We highly recommend Shawn and his crew! They did a great job and we will definitely use them again in the future!
5/5 isn't high enough. It's rare you interact with such quality service these days. Being the eighth company out to quote me for an A/C installation I wasn't expecting anything different. However, from the beginning Shawn Lambert was far better than the competition. They immediately responded and gave a ballpark estimate over the phone. During the call they provided much more information behind the pricing than their competitors and the quote was very reasonable given they weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need. After some very informative discussions, they came out to confirm and provided an official quote. I knew from that moment this was the company I wanted to do business with. We accepting the quote immediately and they began THE NEXT DAY! Less than 48 hours from approving the quote we had a very nice, quiet, professionally installed A/C pumping cool air into our home. Every part of the process was stellar. From talking to Shawn myself about what was best for our home, to working with Adam (foreman) on the installation, to the followup conversations - all it was simple and fluent. It truly felt like working with extended family. We cant be happier with the result or our choice in selecting Shawn Lambert. Truly top tier service and people. I strongly recommend, and have already done so to friends and family. Thanks for everything Shawn Lambert!!

Shawn is reliable, honest and competent. He hustled to get us a new furnace when the old one broke during a cold snap. He communicates well, charged a fair price and I will definitely be using him in the future for any HVAC needs. Highly recommended! Just an update: We called Shawn Lambert for the AC in the middle of a heatwave and Johnny came out right away and took good care of us. Super efficient, professional and so reasonable! This is our HVAC company from now on amen.
This company has really impressed me. We had just recently had a problem with our AC and thought it was fixed. The original HVAC guy that came to work on it is out of state for a month, so I had to contact a different company. Johnny came out to look at my AC that was acting funny. He was professional and courteous. After spending an hour trying to diagnose the problem, he concluded that he couldn't work on it because it was such an old mode. He didn't charge me for his service, which told me how honest these guys are. I asked for a quote for a new system, so Shawn, the owner came out to give me an estimate. When he came, the unit was acting fine. He spent some time with me explaining the unit and told me to just keep running it until it wouldn't run anymore. He said at the most I should spend on that unit would be to put a new motor in, if it ever stops working, but at the time it was working. He also spent time talking with my mom (who was visiting me when he came) about her AC unit. He didn't charge me for his visit either. When my AC unit finally kicks the bucket, I will definitely be calling this company to replace it. Shawn could have sold me a new system that I don't quite need yet, but he didn't take advantage of me. They are patient, knowledgeable, and honest. These are my new go to HVAC guys!
Excellent Excellent Excellent !! I have several properties (houses and apartments) in Orange County. So every year I have to deal with Heating and Air Conditioning company for my system's issues. As I am almost always traveling It's a little bit difficult to find and trust a company or someone to handle my systems, but since I found Shawn Lambert HVAC, I feel free. Their price is fair and affordable. Always they give me several options with separate price and advantages and disadvantages of each to resolve the issues. I extremely recommend them for any heating, furnace, air conditioning, A/C issue. Thank you again guys especially Nick and Johhny.
I have been extremely impressed with Shawn and his crew. I had an original 45 year old heater fail. The duct work in my attic was in desperate need of being replaced. I also wanted to add central air to my home. I went through the process, completely. I had multiple HVAC companies come out and give me bids, 6 in total. Shawn was not the lowest price but the most complete and thorough in his explanation of the repairs, what he was going to be able to offer and what the overall cost would be. Shawn's price was not unreasonable at all and trust me I had some out of the park numbers. After checking through his references I decided to move forward with Shawn. Little did I know that the battle had just begun. I have the dreaded home owners association to get through. Shawn was with me the entire time helping provide any and all information that the association required. Knowing that the holidays were upon us and we were running out of time Shawn made sure to have his guys show up the day before Thanksgiving to make sure my heater was replaced and that my wife and two little girls did not have to go to bed freezing. Then he followed up later that night to ensure everything was going correctly. I guess the best way to describe my entire experience with Shawn as wonderful. Imagine having your best friend owning a HVAC company and dedicated to ensure that everything is done perfectly. I truly felt that Shawn was looking out for me and my family. It is great knowing that if I ever have any HVAC needs that I have the right guy for the job!!!
I am a retired contractor holding both a C-20 and C-47 California licenses (not active). One for heating and cooling and another for building and contracting. It was such a pleasure having Shawn arrive at my home on time in a clean nice plain white truck not covered with slogans, decals or advertisements and have all the latest and proper tools and equipment needed. I suspect he gets all the work he can handle simply by word of mouth and does not have a need to advertise. He is well mannered, very knowledgeable and his work is exceptionable by any standards. Shawn installed a new mini-split unit in my master bedroom for both heating and cooling and has completed some repairs on a package unit on my roof where other contractors where unable to do for lack of knowledge or experience.
Mr Lambert is the best, both time our ac had problem, all you heed to need to contact him, he will get back to right away, he get the ac running right away, the second time he did not even ask for a service fee, we highly recommend him, and appreciate his contribute our society.
