What a great experience we had with this company. Our heat pump went out for Christmas. We called another company that didn't have a repairman available but sent out a salesman who gave usan estimate of 25,000 for a new heat pump. When we called Shanks, they got us in the first time that we had available. They were very thorough and fixed it promptly for a very reasonable price . They are definitely our new "go to" guys.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! Customer service is fantastic. I called for a AC unit not working properly and they got me on the schedule right away. James was on time, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. He worked quickly but was still very thorough. He explained what was happening in a way that was easy to understand. We are very thankful for Shanks Heating & Cooling!
Call at 1 pm with AC problems here at house by 2 fixed by 2:30 .. Highly recommended!! Gunner was awesome!!
I have had Shanks come out twice now for issues with my air conditioner. Both times they do what needs to be done without trying to sell extra stuff, I think their pricing is fair and they are always knowledgeable and explain things to my level of understanding. I appreciate the weekend emergency service too.
