Technician came on Friday to diagnose the furnace problem. First he suggested it was the mother board was broken and I agreed to replace that. After replacing the board it still didn’t work… then he said it was something else…. But it wasn’t that either. At the end the technician determined it needed to replace all the switches but no parts on hand. They didn’t follow up on the status of the job, a couple of days later I had to call them multiple times to find out they were waiting for the parts. When I ask them if replacing the switches will fix the problem. The answer was they will repair the furnace whatever the problem it will be. At that point I had to cancel the job order and pay them the diagnostic fee although I didn’t feel that they had done a diagnostic job at all.
I called to schedule an inspection of a furnace that stopped working. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, with a 4-hour window. I'm not sure why it has to be that long, but since it's cold out, I needed the work done. I had to line up a babysitter to cover my kid while I help the technician. The technician never came and never called. I called the office and no reason was given for them missing their appointment. If you need a company you can rely on to show up when they say they will, keep looking.

Avoid this company at all costs. Last month I contracted with them to inspect a furnace in a rental property. They said the filter was old and needed to replaced. I found this odd being that the filter was less than one year old. One month later and the furnace is having issues again. They now tell me the filter needs to be replaced AND it was installed incorrectly. I called the head office and requested to speak to a manager to try to figure out what was going on. The woman that responded to my call refused to even give me her name and title with the company. So on top of being either dishonest or inept, they have horrible customer service to boot.
He had all the parts needed to fix the problem and half an hour later I had a working refrigerator/freezer again. The price was reasonable so I'm extremely happy. Highly Recommended!!
My fridge was not cooling at 5pm at evening. Put in an appointment request, got an early call back and they had immediate availability. Appointment coordinator and technician were professional and friendly. Will keep using them for future repairs.
Recently had weird refrigerator door handle problem and repairman figured out a way to super glue the broken part. It saved $ The repair man also called us a few days later to make sure the super glue solution held up. Repair man was very nice Thank you!!.
The fridge started making a noise and stopped cooling, I called the appliance service center, explained the problem, gave him some information about the appliance & he was there the same day with the right parts needed & repaired it within 1 hour of arriving Highly Recommended!!.
