tried to schedule a service call, was told tech would call and schedule. tech called and said it would be 3 weeks out. Three weeks later called again and got crickets....unacceptable customer service. I called someone else and received service a week later. good job magic refrigeration.
Though swamped and unable to make a service call, they gladly offered excellent, professional advice re: how to remedy the problem myself. It's rare to find helpful advice before spending money. Thanks, Brent Madding 360 Farms

Sewell had serviced my Air Conditioner before and I was pleased with their work so when it started leaking after a bad storm, I called them to check it out. Once they got to my house, they had me going in a couple hours after having to solder a very precariously positioned hole in one of the condenser lines. What I feared was going to be very expensive to fix because it is an older unit was very reasonable considering the amount of work it took to get going again.
They replaced a unit for me and I couldn't be more happy! Workers were very professional and they cleaned up the area they worked in. Would 100% recommend.
The tech was nice and friendly and goes above and beyond. The owners/managers are rude and very short with there answers.
