Justin and Jen are the best! This is the second time that I have worked with Sevier. I had an AC emergency and went to book an appointment online. They called me and were able to fit me in on the holiday. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Their prices are also fair. Definitely give them a call for any AC needs!

I called Justin on a holiday weekend and he helped me to troubleshoot my AC which suddenly stopped working the prior evening. It was exactly what he suspected. He even followed up with me later that day. Highly recommend.

Justin came in and installed a Hard Start Capacitor. Now I can use my A/C unit with my power generator if power is out. If you need anything with your A/C call Sevier. He will not disappoint.

The Sevier team was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest the entire process! I would highly recommend working with this local business. Justin walked me through the entire duct replacement project and was extremely fair with me. I couldn’t be happier with their work! Take a look at the before photos (GROSS) — I am thrilled to have a brand new duct system throughout my home. The new vents allow for better air distribution throughout the home. 10/10!!!!!
I can’t say enough good things about this company. Justin came by to check out my A/C which I thought initially was broken and needed some major repair. He looked and found out my A/C although poorly installed is working properly. He believed I just needed more insulation. I called an insulation company they came out and he was correct. My air handler also leaked and the drip pan overflowed. He upgraded the pan size and installed a new safety switch to prevent that from happening again. He didn’t try to cheat or beat me over the head because I’m a woman (had this happen with previous A/C guy) Integrity is so important and I’m glad to find a company that is honest and has integrity. I highly recommend this company especially if you are a single woman owning a home with limited knowledge of HVAC systems. They explain things very well and sends you detailed invoice stating what work they believe needs to be done. They were very quick with the repairs as well. Thanks Justin, I don’t remember the other guys name that came to do the job as well.
Sevier & Heating is a fantastic company! We had an issue with the house not cooling even though the AC was running and blowing cool. Justin and team came in and had the issue fixed in about an hour. Turns out the previous company we used made some big mistakes and we were air conditioning our attic. But not anymore thanks to Sevier & Heating! They will be my new A/C & heating company for sure. 100% highly recommended!
