From the first call I knew I was getting a stand up, professional person. Rich was very prompt in his response to my call for service. He asked questions on the initial call as to what the issues were and basically diagnosed it at that point. When he showed up at the house to assess the situation, he was very thorough in his walkthrough, checked everything and even gave me ideas to help the issue from happening again in the future. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and doesn't sell you something you don't need. I feel trust is very important and I felt that right from the phone call. I highly recommend Rich and will definitely use him again!!
