From the minute I called Sean, he explained in detail what would happen during the service. He showed up on time, put on shoe covers when he walked through the house. I had three questions and concerns about my hvac system that were the most important to evaluate and fix. He spent 4 hours in my home and took care of all those issues. I had issues with other parts of my three systems and he explained them and priced them out as well prior to work. He also wrote down future recommendations I need to keep my hvac running smoothly. Before he left, he asked if I was completely satisfied and had any other questions or concerns he could take care of. Highly recommend Sean for any hvac needs !

Sean was awesome. He was very professional the minute he walked through the door. While he worked he would take the time to ask if I have any questions after he explained something. I truly appreciate this. This goes to show that he is very knowledgeable and he will take the time to explain everything in a way that anybody can. understand. If there was a 6 star rating he would have it.
Called him up because my boiler wouldn't start back up after running out. He was able to get it all sorted and was very professional about it even tho it was a night/rush job.

Called Sean last week for a service appointment. Only had to wait 4 days, and he was early for the appointment. He and I discussed my service and he went to work immediately. Sean's business model is to get approval from the customer before doing any extra and or needed work. I can't say enough how happy I am that i found Sean. I feel that I will be one of his customers for a long time. Sean, Well Done!
Sean was very professional in completing a tuneup for my oil burning heating system. He arrived on time and put on shoe covers to keep my floors clean. Sean pointed out and showed me in detail everything that he did and what items need to be done in the future. In my 27 years living here, no one has ever took so much time cleaning and going over all the items involved in maintaining my heating system and my 2 oil tanks. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.
Well for starters the man wears booties before entering the house without me asking him to. That to me is worth 5 stars! Sean clearly communicated and demonstrated what was needed and why. He did not try and push anything that I didn't need, as a matter of fact he gave my furnace a great bill of health and "suggested" products that would make the furnace run like butter. Honesty seems to be a rare commodity these days and I'm happy to say I believe I found that in Service Sean. I look forward to working with Sean in the near future.
Sean came out on a Sunday identified the problem I was having with my new furnace. Knowing that I was able do the repairs it needed he gave me the option to have him fix it or if I wanted to fix it and he even spent the time to show me how to fix it. He was very thorough I his evaluation, I highly recommend Sean.

We couldn't recommend Sean enough. He installed central A/C in our 18th century home with so much care and diligence and took the time to answer all of our questions. He quoted a very fair price and we never felt like we were being upsold. Sean is punctual, professional and left every area spotless--even wearing protectors over his shoes when he came inside. We had such a good, no-stress experience and the A/C and smart thermostats work perfectly! Will definitely be using Service Sean for heating this winter.
Sean was wonderful. The best experience I ever had with the contractor. My AC died on one of the hottest days of the year .Sean and his wife went out and bought a portable AC and load it to me until my new AC unit could be installed.. They were wonderful. I don't know what I would have done without Sean. They do excellent work.
Called Sean to look at my Central Air system that was not working. After diagnosing my problem Sean gave me all the options for repair. We went with a full install. Sean was the utmost professional with the ordering and install of the system. He was extremely professional and trustworthy through the whole process. We are glad we found Sean and will only use him from here on out. He lived up to all the 5 star reviews!!!
Sean , was very professional. He called to let me know he was on his way, just like he said he would. He got my A/C working which was fantastic. He also gave me some suggestions of what I could do in the future. I would definitely use Sean's services again. I will refer him to everyone I know.
Sean is the most thorough, knowledgeable, caring and professional HVAC specialist I have encountered in over 30 years of being a homeowner. He takes the time to explain the work he does with a thorough explanation of why it needs to be performed. I highly recommend Sean for any HVAC maintenance and repairs.
Sean is very responsible with calling when equipment ready scheduling and work. Respect for home by putting on booties over boots .Very clean work double checks all thinks Explains equipment and how it works He added a humidifier and Reme Halo air purifier to our new heat pump we had installed last Aug by another company that never returned calls or text messages.We now have his name in number in our contact list as He is Our Man .Thank you Sean
