Jolly is a great guy. He is very detail oriented and explains all of his work performed.
Jolly and his team were great to work with for our central air replacement. They took care of everything, and I will definitely call them again for servicing in the future.
Completely unprofessional. I tried to schedule an appointment with them telling them I was available in the afternoon the following day preferably after 2pm and got a response of "Okay". Apparently that gave them the okay to think that I would be free all afternoon and into the evening and so no confirmation was given at all of what the time period they would arrive in. Therefore, I only assumed they would arrive at 2pm. I had to message them an hour before the 2pm initial schedule to even ask if they are coming because again no communication. The next message I heard is "we will arrive between 2-6pm." This 4 hour window was never communicated with me and this 4 hour window does not take into account the 2 hours of work it would take to do my maintenance. Therefore they expected me to be available for 6+ hours without ever telling me so. When they finally told me this 1 hour before the scheduled 2pm (which I had to reach out to confirm) I had to ask to reschedule to find a better time where I would be free for 6+ hours. I respectfully told them I would not be available for that long and I would have to reschedule only for them to cancel on me and called me being unreasonable. Talking about how every service company operates in the time window and no service company would come at the exact time that was scheduled. What is truly unreasonable is for no communication about any time windows or any confirmation of said appointment. Completely unprofessional and to even go as far as calling a customer unreasonable when said customer never received any communication to begin with.

It was my first time using this service, and I must applaud how professional, cost efficient and educational Service Right was. I didn't know i was to service my furnace once a year, its now going on to 5years, smh. I save alot of money by not replacing it, and it is running like new. Definitely a 5star

Jolly is professional and communicates well. Very knowledgeable about our Navien combi-boiler. He explained a lot to me about how our HVAC system works, what the options are for repair/replace. Also how he will diagnose the issues and move forward from there. This was our first major HVAC issue that was a bit scary to deal with and Jolly talked me through a lot of what’s going on. As a homeowner, it also makes a big difference to self-educate through online information and multiple opinions before undertaking a bigger fix. In any case, Jolly will give you his honest opinion. Highly recommend.
After calling more than ten HVAC contractors who were recommended by the manufacturer of my furnace, Service Right was the only company that would offer to look at and assess its needs. Service Right saved me thousands of dollars by repairing rather than replacing my system. I am very happy that they had the courtesy to just listen...tells a lot about the company.

The Service Right technician arrived when he said he would. He is Navien certified and was knowledgeable about my system. He was efficient and suggested routine maintenance that will keep my system running at its highest efficiency. I would call Service Right again in the future.

My hot water tank went out in winter and their response time was quick and timely. They installed a new on demand hot water system and new thermostats . Jolly and his team were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable ,neat and cleaned up .He also took the time to tell us about the new system and how to care and maintain it.

Was recommended to Jolly the owner through a family member. He came as a valuable resource at the right time. Jolly has been there when most heating contractor very busy and wouldn’t come out unless you were a current client of theirs. Once he did the first job for me, I’ve been using him ever since. He is very business oriented and professional, has extensive industry knowledge and his work his thorough. If you were to use his service, you definitely won’t be disappointed.
