Just used Service Pros as a result of a Home Warranty claim. I had no prior experience with Service Pros and they did an outstanding job! Daniel was great...fixed the issue the first time and had to put in a bit of extra effort to "do it right". I am well pleased with them.
I had to work with this company due to my existing home warranty service. The service man Kent came out the day after I filed a claim. He told me he was going to order the part. I followed up with the company (Stephanie) one week later and there was no record that the part had been ordered. She stated that she would handle the problem. Didn't happen. I have now called the company no less that 10 times over the last two weeks and I have gotten the run around over and over. I left three messages yesterday, no returned calls. Five calls yesterday (12/7/2015) went unanswered. It's obvious I've been taken for a ride. Now they have my $60 copay and 16 days after the service man visited my house I still do not have the oven fixed. This is horrible service. If you use this company, after reading this review, do say I didn't warn you.
Worst company EVER!!!!!!! They came out to my house and informed me I needed a new air conditioner, they replaced my air conditioner and it cost us $800 + what my warranty paid. That did not fix my problem so we called back 4 or 5 times, they came out each time with some other excuse but the problem was never fixed. The last time I called, Mary called me back and informed me I needed to call another company because apparently they couldn't fix my problem. I called another company and they fixed my ac in 20 minutes for $100 and informed me I probably didn't even need a new system to begin with... !!!! Most unprofessional company ever!!! RUN!!!!
