I contacted Service Pro Heating and Cooling when my water heater sprung a leak. Ron was able to set me up with an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. The removal of the old water heater and new install went smoothly. He showedme how to light my new water heaterand adjust the temperature setting. He went over his work carefully checking everything before leaving and cleaned up . I'm very happy with the new water heater and will definitely call Service Pro anytime I service for heating or cooling.
ServicePro heating and cooling is the place to go when you need furnace and air conditioning service. I had my furnace and a/c replaced. Ron Maggard knows what he is doing and is very polite. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

As a first time home owner, I needed to get a new furnace. Having service pro install the furnace was the best decision I ever made. I woke up to no heat on the coldest day of the year so far. Despite having appliance insurance, a tech wasn't available for 3 days and the temperature in my home was dropping fast. I called Ron and he was prompt, professional, efficient, and affordable, and my heat was back on & working in a matter of hours! Warm and thankful! Highly recommend.

I am myself in sales and I can smell a pushy salesperson from a mile away, he not only was not pushy, he was informative both before and during the process with a myriad of questions I had about what he would recommend how the installation would commence and what I needed to expect. Excellent service. Ron came out on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed a part to fix the issue. Told me exactly when ti would be in and he would be back and kept his word. I highly recommend this company. Quick, Knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the work. Very Happy!
Ron was able to come out same day thinking he’d quote a new AC unit. However upon looking at it he tried a few things and was able to repair saving me thousands! He was professional, kind and humble in his approach to service. He made sure to check all the components and even took the time to wash off the outside from pollen etc. the unit is 26 years old so I’m sure I’ll be calling him again to replace it at some point but for now it’s working great! He took the time to answer questions and worked efficiently! His pricing was very reasonable!
