AC service in FL in July… They came out same day, on time and fixed issue! What else needs to be said?

I have used Service Plus AC & Heating dating back to 2015 when i had them install a 16 seer system. I think that anyone needing AC or Heating services should pick up the phone and call Service Plus. I had them out again for the routine maintenance and again everything was spot on great. I encourage anyone needing any kind of AC be it new or to maintain what they have, would be best served using Service Plus. They will outperform anyone else by a mile and should be your go to supplier anything AC and Heating related.
Have used Service Plus AC for years. Since using them regularly a few years ago, have had no issues. Maintenance appointments are inexpensive compared to repairs. Super responsive. Also had them install a UV light to help with sanitizing.
Jimmy from service plus was a life saver! I called as soon as I discovered the issue after being out of town for a few days and he was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour. I will definitely be calling him again when I need the help!
Had Service plus come to my house to check out air conditioning and thermostat. Jim came over, and knew the problem right away. Had it all taking care of and working great within half and hour. Amazingly!!
Had used this company since 2019, James always took care of my AC in a professional manner and didn't fix anything that didn't need it, only what was needed
Excellent service quick and courteous and professional the prices are very reasonable as well. I have working with Service Plus for maintenance for a while. I recently had to make a major upgrade to my AC. The crew from Dana, Kelven, James and Jimmy are and always great. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue and I was up and running with a brand new unit in no time. Not only are they professional, and reasonable, they are great to work with. Additional comments: I recently had James come out and perform service for me . James is an excellent tech.,he keeps you well informed as well as provide important information regarding the current service as well as any potential options or requirements. Additional comments; I recently had a issue with one of my units . I setup an appointment for the next day. Fortunately, they had a opening that day and came out and resolved the issue. Thank goodness it was only a maintenance issue and it was time for our regular service. Always on time and great service!
James and his team came out to install a smart thermostat for us. They were quick and efficient and very professional. They left no mess! They even helped me download, install, and setup the app. Once this was completed he followed up with me to ensure it was working as expected. Five star service from start to finish. Thank you!!

Unfortunately last month in May 2023, I needed service at my rental property I had Service Plus service my A/C many times before I had always spoken to Dania the owner & I had exceptional service & always pleasant conversations with her Not until recently did my tenants need the A/C serviced I advised them to call the number on the a/c unit which was Service Plus My tenant called & a tech came out & stated to my husband & I that the unit may be low on freon & that it was frozen up he would have to come back in a few days to add freon if needed we had no problem with that he never showed up I called Service Plus & Jimmy the owner answered the ph. He was rude obnoxious & demanded that I owed him money I said for what the tech couldn't do anything he stated that he was confused & demanded his money we tried to tell him we didn't receive a bill what do we owe I asked him look at our account we always paid he wasn't even interested my husband spoke to him due to his disrespect to me a women & a loyal customer I was in tears he yelled at my husband & I then he said we didn't owe anything I tried to speak to Dania & he refused I called back & spoke to the receptionist & she couldn't apologize enough I asked if Dania could call me back she said yes. I then received a text from Jimmy stating that he will never come to our home again & that Dania doesn't return calls. I returned a text to him " I will never have you in my home again anyway this behavior was a shock to us we never spoke to this man before what a shame to lose a great customer for many years. I left a great review before that I can now retract due to the owner Jimmy's behavior. " to bad Dania is gone we are business owners as well & never have we treated a customer like this we always strive to accommodate our customers & make things right. Poor business practice, rude, condescending, abusive, bully! STAY AWAY!
It was a very pleasant experience. James and Jimmy were great and very responsive as I called them on Saturday night on a holiday weekend. This will be our new AC company for all of our future needs.
This is an amazing company that I highly recommend. When I called for service of an AC having problems, they came out right away and took care of it. Customer service is delivered with a smile.
We had this company do an annual service on our furnace/AC’s. They were very efficient and professional. They identified we did have the wrong size filter installed and then ordered the correct ones, which they delivered and installed within a few days.!
They came out within 24 hours of my phone call. Worked and worked to get it cleared. And returned the next day to finish the job. I appreciated their ingenuity and completeness as well as the commitment they had to me.
Discover our H/AC was not running in the morning. Contacted Service Plus AC & Heating, expecting it was going to be the next day or the beginning of the week before they could come out. They scheduled to send someone out late that afternoon. James was early, efficient, answered all my questions and was great. He gave me some advice on how to keep my H/AC in good working order. Would highly recommend Service Plus.

James with Service Plus AC & Heating communicates well, is timely and proficient. He was at our house this morning, we needed a part, and to avoid a future appointment to install, he found the part and installed the same day. We have used Service Plus AC & Heating for several years and are pleased with them.
