!WATCH OUT! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My heaters were not working. They came out to fix, said it was bad thermostats due to a power surge and combined with a maint schedule. They said they were putting in very good thermostats that were wify enabled and were about $200 each. i said i didn't need wify enabled thermostats. they didn't have the thermostats so they rigged it for me to manually connect and twist the wire pair to turn the heaters on/off. They didn't show up for about a week, i called them to come finish the job and they came out and put cheap thermostats in and charged me $229 each. They did this when i wasn't home and my wife paid the very high price for the $29 thermostats (the one's they put in sold at Lowe's for $29). i called them, the first time they said they charged me wrong. Then the owners wouldn't answer the phone after that (I called about 10 times). They had a whse worker answer the phone, he kept saying he couldn't help me and will get the owners to call me, and they never did. They are fly by night at handling business properly.
Had unit installed to find out all the wiring was not been hooked up! Payed one hour to staten out a mess.

Our warranty company sent Service Now to fix our AC, and he did a good job. Then we enrolled in his monthly service at $27.82 per month. We got him to move our AC units, which were being tilted by roots under them. He moved them but switched out the electricity going to them to where the thermostats would control the wrong units. He fixed this problem, but then we found he damaged one of our units, which cost us $600 (plus our home warranty) to repair. On top of this, he continued to charge us the $27.82 per month for 4 months after we ended our agreement with him, despite our many efforts to get him to stop, necessitating our credit card fraud department to get involved. We definitely would NOT recommend this company.
Very disappointed. Scheduled an appointment. Office called to confirm. Repair man called to say he was on his way. An hour later he had not arrived. I called office. They said they’d call back. They didn’t but service man called to explain delay. He said was still coming. Day later he still has not arrived nor has the company called to apologize.
Just got a lien notice in the mail from a supplier. it appears the equipment installed wasn't paid for. BEWARE!.

Called at 8am on a Sunday. Said they were gonna come to fix my AC at 1pm. Then it got changed to 4pm. It's passed 7pm now and I'm still waiting. Never will use this place again!
They were great. I had a same day appointment and they got everything fixed and running cold in the same appointment. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.
