Morgan did a great job fixing the water line to my hose bibb. He also created a solution so it would not happen again in the future. They were responsive in the analysis phase , came back the very next day to complete the work and sent a follow up letter from the back office.
June 3 of 2021 my Air Conditioning stopped working so Fidelity Home Warranty dispatched Service Network Plumbing and Heating.. it took them two weeks to get to me (June 15) Thet finally get around to replacing the exterior unit which ends up being an all day ordeal because they don't listen to their customers ( I told them I needed a new pad but they were prepared for that so the guy had to go buy one) The older gentle4man complained the entire time about everything.. the age of the unit, how hard the job was, that he needed a pad, that he needed help... A young man finally arrived to help him who explained he was new and for the remaineder of the day the older gentleman berated and chastised him for not knowing what he was doing.. then at the end of the day the older guy just leaves him alone to recharge the system.. which he didn't know how to do and took him HOURS.. Fast forward to June of 2022 ... I have no fricken air conditioning Why? Because now, $4000 later I have learned is is because the very experienced person leading the repair only repaired half my system. They only replaced the exterior condensing unit and not the interior coils as well.. trying to marrying 1975 technology and 2020 technology which is impossible, and they knew it all along and didn't care. They just patched they system together, knowing it wouldn't last, and ran away with the money.
Called because I seen a job posting on indeed and who ever answered was a little rude. I asked if I can speak to HR or manger and he replied with we are not hiring it was a mistake. So I asked okay? Can I still speak to a manger and he right away said NO! I was confused so I just hung up. I don’t know what the deal was the way he answered was not professional and could of easily just said no I’m sorry but the position was a mistake I do apologize for that but he didn’t and right away said NO when I asked to speak to someone else. Maybe he is the one they are replacing and he doesn’t want to transfer. Oh well
I was initially very nervous to use Service Network, due to so many negative reviews online, which is why I wanted to take the time to post a positive experience and review. Like so many others have written, we had to use them to replace our water heater through Fidelity Home Warranty. Our technician Jay was awesome. Super friendly, on time, took the time to explain everything to us, and cleaned up after himself. Alex was pleasant to talk to on the phone as well. I feel bad for everyone who did not have the kind of experience we did. For anyone who chooses to or has to work with Service Network in the future, if Jay is your guy, rest assured.
They showed up the same day, fixed the leak and the price was just right! They were very courteous and communicated well.
Friendly, respectful and clear explanation of why they found and how they fixed it.
Water Spicket (tap) broken to washer, Occasionally would leak, he replaced both
The technician was very pleasant, on-time, thorough, and professional. Great doing business with a family-owned company.
Chris, did an excellent job. He heard my explanation and put his experience to work in the problem. With extraordinary results. Now I dont have sweaty nights. Thanks Chris.. and Service Network Plumbing.. and had to Mention fidelity home warranty. Send them to me..
Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
I had to have the workers return 3 times to fix the overflow in my tub, and it still was never fixed.
Honest pricing, great technicians. Went out of their way to fix my water heater.
Service Network has been the long term HVAC vendor for Girls Inc. They are great to work with, have fair pricing, and do a great job. Kelly that works in the office is very responsive and helpful. Justin and Mark are friendly, experienced, and make sure our needs are met each time they are out to our building. We plan to continue working with them for years to come. Thank you all!
I wouldn’t hire or work with this company. They came out about a year ago and installed a new water heater for us. After a year the connections have been corroding and after looking at it myself and speaking with another certified master plumber we realized they were too lazy to swap out the old pipes/connections from the old water heater. When we called to inform them about this, they were reluctant and refused to fix it on their expense because “I” was not their customer but the insurance company was. It’s just really disappointing to hear and see that this type of customer service exists. They don’t put you first but are worried about how they’ll make money instead of just providing a quality service. Truly disappointed to say the least.
Our heater pilot light went out and wouldn't start so we had to contact our landlord who made the call so I can't comment on the price. But they called me made an appointment for the following day the technician came out I told him what was wrong and he fixed it and left. Then 2 weeks later I had another issue with the furnace and the same technician came out and fixed a separate issue (the furnace is probably 40 years old) and my heat is back on. He got here quick and did the job in 10 min. Very happy costumer here.
Great job fixed the two issues on the spot!
Very responsive and professional. Quick to respond to our service all and very accommodating.
Bad customer service and poor workmanship .... If you use them you will be sorry !
Absolutely horrible service, and it is too bad that Fidelity National Home Warranty works with this company. Justin came out to look at a faucet and my hot water heater and the information that he delivered to me was completely different than the information the was given to FNHW. When I asked Service Network Plumbing & Heating, INC for the report they gave to FNHW they informed me they don't have report they just called it in. FNHW denied both claims, though they don't have a report or any diagnostics. I was told that the one faucet that is leaking in my home is because the water pressure (the water pressure from the main line, that services 3 other units) is too high, however, there are 8 faucets in my home and 4 shower heads, and only one faucet is leaking. When I asked why this was, Justin informed me that it could actually be a separate issue. I bought my house in February and when I got my home inspection they tested the water pressure in my unit and it was fine. I was told what needed to be done to remove the smell from my hot water heater is not recommended because the hot water heater is more than 6 years old, so it would need to be replaced, this is in addition to my water not always being hot, and staying cold for long periods of time. The information he gave to FNHW is that after running diagnostics the hot water heater works fine, however there is no proof of said diagnostics. Justin was at my house for less than 10 minutes, and didn't run any other faucets or shower heads.
If I could give no stars I would. This company was sent out by my home warranty to replace a hot water heater. After a lousy install (installed backwards, damage including holes in the drywall), the gas hose was leaking. I called the tech back within 10 minutes of him leaving my property and I was told the owner would have to call me. It took the owner approximately 45 minutes to call back and he told me they would return within 24 hours. In the meantime Xcel energy was out to address the gas leak, they placed a red sticker on the unit and told me it was one of the worst installs they have ever seen. This company called me back to tell me they would be out at 7:30 am the following day, at 7:00 am I received a call telling me the techs van broke down. Shocker!!! They have not came back nor have they returned several phone calls. Beware of this company, and heed the bad reviews.
