I was able to get an appointment on the same day. Which was great because my AC was not working properly. George was very friendly and professional. He was able to fix the problem in a very short amount of time. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

After our AC went out on one of the hottest days so far this year calling to get someone to come out was challenging, but when I got a hold of Jorge, he was out the very next morning 8 AM sharp. I am writing this review on behalf of Na Hoku, Inc. We have a small retail jewelry store at the Valley Fair mall in Santa Clara, CA and the store has been without heat for over a year. A big box commercial HVAC company has been "servicing" our unit for 10 years. We received an outrageous quote to replace a thermostat, as this was the diagnosis for the heat not working from the big box company. Juan was immediately able to determine that the thermostat replacement was a complete misdiagnosis and the rooftop unit hadn't been serviced for a very long time. We had little to no refrigerant and that was the cause for heat not pumping into the store. Juan was very responsive to scheduling and promptly provided an accurate diagnosis. He was able to quickly do the repairs and get the heat working. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He is also very professional and pleasant to work with. We have canceled our agreement with the big box company and Juan has agreed to do preventative maintenance services for us moving forward. We are extremely satisfied with the services performed and look forward to our future working relationship with Service King Air. Big Mahalos!!!

I had a HVAC company from Alameda come out to look at the exhaust vent . There wasn’t access so they left. Juan was willing to open wall to view the pipe gave me a competitive quote and check the heater making sure it worked properly. He thoroughly checked for carbon monoxide leaks and allowed my tenants to call him if they had questions or concerns.

I recently had my wall heater fixed and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my heater. He explained the problem to me in detail and provided me with a few options for how to proceed. I decided to go with the recommendation he made, and he was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. The technician was also very tidy and made sure to clean up after himself before he left. Overall, I had a great experience with the technician and would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of heater repair. The technician went above and beyond to ensure that my heater was functioning properly and that I was completely satisfied with the service. I am grateful for the excellent service I received and will definitely be using this company again in the future if I have any further issues with my heater.
