JJ Bowers repaired my AC and I could not be happier! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I plan to be a repeat customer and highly recommend this company.
My AC was out for 2 whole days in the Savannah Summer heat smh - inside the house was in the 80s and 90s. Once I contacted them via their online form, I had an appointment set for the next day. It seemed automated so I called the next morning and low and behold, JJ came out with his fancy tools and truck and fixed our AC. It took almost 24 hours to cool the whole house down but we are no longer sweating getting out the shower. We were waiting to hear back from a contractor through our warranty company but since the heat was unbearable, we paid out of pocket. I guess you get what you pay for… want quality service, pay quality prices. They’ll email you a full report of their findings when it’s all said and done, pictures and all. Thanks so much.
Tony was the Tech that came out. He was amazing as always very professional did a system check and informed me of the issue and discussed what need to be done to correct the issue. Tony was very knowledgeable and very professional. If you are looking for hands down the best AC and Havac Company do not hesitate to call Service Emperor HVAC & Refrigeration. I am glad I did call them and will most definitely be my go to company.
06/23/22: As usual , service was awesome. Very professional. Cory was the technician . He arrived in a timely manner. He was knowledgable and polite. He explained every step and available options. I was very pleased with his service. Update: Once again my expectations have been exceeded. This time Matt Wehrhan came out to do a diagnostic on the system (different home). He gave recommendations on services and repairs. What he recommend was not over sold. He undertook the idea of not pushing unnecessary equipment or services. He explained every step. He is another great asset to the company. Oh and by the way, Mrs. Julie has been a pleasure to talk with as well. Awesome customer service. 04/12/22 Update: Has an issue with my system at 430 pm, last week. I called the office and spoke with them. Jeremy was at my house before 6 pm. He was attentive to the fact I had no clue as to what was wrong. He took his time in solving my issue. He could have been on his way home from a long day, but he was patient, courteous and answered all my confusing questions. He another great staff member of a rally good veteran owned business. Reacting has been a pleasant and thorough experience.
Had our a/c go out on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year. After sweating through the night, I called Service and within the hour a technician was in my attic. Crazy fast response! Some quick trouble shooting, some ordering of parts, and the next morning he came back out to fix it to ice-cold again. Super pro!
My technicians Jeremy and Tony were truly amazing! They were respectful, professional, and went above and beyond. The service was amazing and they were amazing with my pets!!! I can’t thank them enough for the hard and speedy work! I will 100% use this company again in the future!!!

Tony was great! Tony quickly found our issue and fixed it. Our HVAC was not working properly for 2 years but now it is running smoothly.
Tersh, the owner was very helpful! He answered his personal cell from New Jersey and made sure to get a guy over the same day! I was extremely impressed when Tony arrived. Super professional and knowledgeable about fireplaces and installs. We are very confident in the install and can sleep easy knowing that he was involved. We will definitely use the team again and recommend them for any of your heating or cooling needs!
Thank you so much for such professionalism, kindness, thoroughness and for explaining all of the work that needed to be done. Tersh, Julie, Corey & the entire team always take the time to walk their customers through the process of what needs to be done. They also quote the work before doing it and have you sign off on estimates, which is great and doesn’t surprise you at the end. They are very courteous and always great with my dogs, who want to be friends and hang out with the technicians. I’d highly recommend Service Emperor for all of your HVAC and air quality needs.
We've been enjoying our new HVAC system for the past month or so and are so thankful we decided to have Service Emperor do the replacement. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in understanding our needs and gave us several options to choose from. Corey and the installation team did a superior job in installing the new system. Service Emperor kept us informed every step of the way. Our house has never been this comfortable, especially in August! Thank you all at Service Emperor!
Been doing Property Management with Savannah Properties Management with savannahpretyhomes.com for about 10 years and we have dealt with several service and maintenance companies. This company was impressive from start to finish. The service technician even offered to help prune my hedges just a little bit for better access to the mechanicals. Friendly knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy the job and wanting to be there and not the typical grind of a service technician.
Jeremy Reeves is an A/C All-Star. Professional, very knowledgeable, on time, jovial, and like pets. I will definitely be recommending Service Emperor to family and friends.
Empire Services without a doubt, offers 5 Star Costumer Service. Easy to contact, Quick to respond, and very professional. One day After I initially call, Jermey, a Service Tech, showed up, worked in the rain, and was able to diagnose all the issues with my A/C unit and offer good, clear feedback. As my A/C unit was not working, he installed two temporary units to cool my house until the Installation team could arrive with my new Unit. Just after two days, Corey and Vinny show up early with my new unit, and in the pooring Rain, get everything installed and working in a timely and Professional manner. Everyone I dealt with at Empire was extraordinary, from initial phone call, Service, Installation, and check up. Julie, you run a great company with great a service. I will be using Empire in future.
UPDATED REVIEW: We ended up needing a new HVAC system. However, there was an option to repair but after discussing the pros and cons we went with the new system. Service Emperor offered different financing options so we could choose one that fit our budget. The install specialists, Corey and Vinny, were great! I don't know how they kept up their positive and professional attitudes with how hot of a job they had. The company warrantied parts and labor for the unit we got. At the end of the day we were finally cool again! Great Company to work with!!!! ******************************************************Our unit had not been serviced in a while and was not cooling properly. Their service technician's came out and serviced our unit. Service techs were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was determined that we have a compressor issue (which I kinda suspected). They were very thorough in discussing the issue and have scheduled another specialist to meet with me today to discuss possible options. They keep you abreast of your technician's ETA and send you a picture via text as to who you will be meeting. Oh! You also receive a video link once you're appointment is scheduled outline what to expect and some other service related info. Very organized. I definitely recommend this company.
Wow!!! Just wow!!! Words and 5 stars aren't enough to describe Service Emporer and their team!!!!! We bought a house in Ellabell, GA. We fell in love with the house and land. We knew the heat pump/ac unit outside wasn't so great. Long story short, the previous owners did not take care/maintenance the air handler up in our attic nor the heat pump/ac unit outside. On my birthday, the blower in the attic quit working...awful noise in attic. And the unit outside was on its very last leg. My birthday was a nightmare!!! Immediately went online. Did my research via Google search ( reviews etc..) I chose Service Emporer based on their great reviews, affordability and we knew we wanted Trane brand. Had a good feeling in my gut. Called Service Emporer asap! Spoke with Ms. Julie and we got the ball rolling!!! (ASK FOR JULIE!!!!SHE IS AMAZING 👏) Ms. Julie at Service Emporer was on point!!! Super friendly, excellent speedy communication. Thank you Julie!!!! Next are the Service Emporer guys. Very hard workers!!! Very professional!!! Very friendly!!!! Corey and his guys arrived fast!!! And removed the awful air handler out of attic and awful heat pump/ac unit outside in no time!!!! I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! Corey installed new air handler, hospital grade filter with a UV light, a new sleek design easy to use thermostat and we absolutely LOVE our new Trane brand unit outside. Corey came back to sanitize inside of ducts and took off every vent cover (we have a lot of them) he cleaned every vent cover. The vent covers look brand new!!! Wow just wow!!! Corey, words nor stars doesn't come anywhere close to how hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, efficient you and your guys are. I truly Love Service Emporer 100% Julie, Corey and the guys....Thank you!!!! Please give Corey a raise !!! 🙂😊 We are very happy with all of the hard work, the Trane unit... I contacted Service Emperor when a tenant notified me that their AC was not working. I contacted Service Emperor because of the top reviews I saw on google. I contacted them in the AM and they had a tech out within hours. The diagnosis was a leak in the coil (estimate for fix was $3000) and that the system needed refrigerant (estimate was $700). I felt like the numbers were high but I agreed to recharge the system just to get the system running again. The next day I was once again contacted by the tenant saying that the AC never got any better. I contacted Service Emperor and they sent a different tech that diagnosed an additional issue with the system. ($1500 estimated fix cost for TX valve replacement) Needless to say I contacted a different HVAC contractor and they replaced the TX valve for half the price and diagnosed that there was no problem with the coils itself (a false diagnosis Service Emperor wanted to charge $3000 for). I was happy with how quick they came out but this company is overpriced and quick to diagnose the wrong issue to create a bigger service bill.
Called them to come out for service because the air wasn’t working. Tony came out the next day for service. Great guy to talk to and did his best to be helpful and solve the issue. Unfortunately, the compressor was bad. Fortunately, Robert was with him and we were able to get everything lined up for a next day replacement install. Cory and Lee showed up next day and both were great to talk to and willing to answer questions that I may have. Overall, I would have to say I enjoyed them being here and being a part of the process. I’m not sure I could say that about too many companies that I had to drop that kind of cash for. 😁😎🧐
These guys are phenomenal! Serviced my system the beginning of May and got me on a service plan. I am already seeing the results! My unit didn't have to run nearly as hard this May compared to May 2020 even though the average temp was higher this year. This means savings for me and extended life for my system. Highly recommend these guys!
Edit ********** I reached out to o the company to express my concern for the price charged compared to o The with done and they had the service manager call me he reviewed the file and given the charge was for a different part etc they ended up refusing me the charges. I will at least give them a second chance. ************ The tech that came out was great. They came out quickly and they the company communication was great. BUT. I told them over the phone the problem tech went straight to the issue and swapped a $15 part that he even said was not the exact own part. Then they charged me $89 inspection fee and $212 to change the part. Again same part ( start capacitor) is $15 all over. I am sympathetic to the company wanting to make a profit and the cost to run a service van but the Guy spent more time filling out the paper work than he did looking at the system. Bad value. Good service. Would take a lot to have to use again.
