88 year old grandfather paid 2200 yesterday for Jose garcia senior service tech to do this. Is this acceptable? We called twice. Before this post was posted and after you requested a call (although you left no direct phone number to your self.) Its bad bussiness practice to respond to a post instead of calling the person who paid you 2200 dollars to do shotty work Called this morning, was told no direct line to owner. " message will be sent" customer service representative said.

I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. I had requested bids from several air conditioning services to clean 3 air conditioners. I got various prices and recommendations on what needed to be done. The last response was from from David M from Keep Cool. He told me that air conditioners should not be cleaned in the home, but outside, and quoted a very fair price. He also advised that my ACs don't need to be professionally cleaned unless they are not functioning properly. Knowing that I already vacuum the vents, he even recommended a $7 spray I could buy to clean the small vents. WOW! I was so impressed with David's honesty and professionalism. I definitely put Keep Cool in my contact list for when I do need AC service.
