Wife called me at work saying our AC was out, called Semper FI and they had a tech out to our house in 2 hours. Brandon was great at explaining things over the phone. Unfortunately he could not get the unit fixed and we had to replace it. Unit is 20 years old. And was on its last leg last year .The install team came the next day and installed everything in a day. Always glad to support veteran owned business and will be recommending them to everyone.
My AC broke at 10am in the morning I called after seeing reviews on google and they were out to my house in less then 2 hours in JUNE! The AC repair specialist Andre H. was friendly, hardworking and fast! He was able to repair my ac in less then a hour. Highly recommend this place. Super happy with their service!

This experience has been a complete nightmare so far. I've been trying to get this company to come out to one of my properties for 3 days now. I called on Thursday and gave them the contact to my property manager..stressed the urgency and (Br****/customer service) assured me that they would be out the following day. The next day was a no call/no show. I called Friday night and was told that they left a voicemail but they didn't even have the correct contact info. They do not have my number, address not email in file..are you kidding me? Today is Sunday ...they just now asked for my email...they conveniently have our credit card number. My family continues to do business with this company because we support veteran...family of veterans. We chose this company to install 2 new units in my mother's house in Ahwatukee and my sister's home in the east valley. I'm extremely disappointed. Please do better. Update: This company came out and gave us an estimate today (we paid for this service). This is the 7th local company that we've had come out for an estimate. This company quoted us $7,000 more than out previous highest estimate. This is $7k more...after the 20% off military discount. This is an honest review from my personal experience. My advice is to shop around. Have a blessed day.

Travis was our service rep and did exactly what I needed. Our system was malfunctioning and he was able to diagnose the issue as a thermostat problem not the actual HVAC unit and even recommended a good thermostat that wouldn't malfunction and fits our needs. He was early/on time and professional. Definitely using Semper Fi in the future.

Being a Marine veteran myself I wanted to support this veteran owned business so I gave them a call when my heating system stop blowing hot air. After the inspection they determined it was the thermostat that went out. They still cleaned up some exposed wiring and made sure it was all in good condition. I decided to replace the thermostat myself. Their tech gave me a few tips to help with the process selecting one and install. Never any pressure or sales tactics. This is a company I will call again. Semper Fi truly blew all of my expectations out of the water! My parents AC went out and the entire unit had to be replaced. I helped them get quotes from several companies but the only one who stood out was Semper Fi. They had a technician come out same day, Andre, who was genuine, professional, kind, and patient- answering all of my parents questions. He explained everything and ensured my parents felt confident in their decision. He came back a second time to review the contract and again, spent several hours with my parents explaining all of the details and setting expectations. He truly went above and beyond. On the day of the install, the crew was extremely professional and thorough, even locating and repairing some additional things they found while they were doing everything and keeping my parents apprised the whole time. The entire process from start to finish was excellent and the only company i would ever recommend for A/C work would be Semper Fi!
Amazing company!!! From the person that answered the phone call, the technician who came out and explained everything so well. The installation team was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience during a very trying time.
