After Royal Flush Plumbing attempted to scam me out of my water heater warranty with Rheem, these guys were a saving grace. They were fast and did quality work. They helped us do the exchange at home Depot, as there was a miscommunication between them and Rheem. Theyse guys take pride in their work and are extremely affordable. Will be reaching out soon to get my HVAC replaced through them as wel. Will definitely not use anyone else as long as they are able to come to my area.
SEC Mechanical was performing warranty work for Rheem. SEC Mechanical assisted from the beginning with Ashley in the office helping me assure we had all parts needed (helping contact Rheem also), once parts were received she fit us in as soon as they could (was scheduled later in the week but they had an opening in their schedule), all the way to Craig (owner) in the field installing the part quickly and professionally. I would use them again.
This company went above and beyond to get a hold of me when they were trying to schedule and followed up when they had a opening to tackle my service call even sooner. They saved me money throughout the process as well as gave me practical expectations and resources to help negate any further issues. Not only that, their professionalism in person and over the phone made it seem-less and took all the stress out of having a plumbing problem. Keeping the card and the number for any future needs. Totally top notch.
Owner Craig Ingram of SEC Mechanical and assistant James provided a great customer experience. They were proactive, professional and prompt. The install was quick and conducted in the time frame promised. I would highly recommend the SEC Mechanical Team!! Thanks Craig
This was a warranty job from Rheem. Sec is one of their contractors. Rheem told me they couldn't reach them because of the holiday weekend (it was Friday before the 4th). They gave me the number and I called and they immediately answered, set up a time for someone to call me. It turns out it was the owner of company and he was super nice, very punctual and efficient. Figured out the issue quickly, ordered a part, got my hot water back on, and returned to fix the part when I received it! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you Craig!!

The technician Craig was awesome. Very professional both times I have interacted with him. He came in and got the work done within the time frame was alotted. Also, thankful to Ashley who set up the appointment and made this possible very friendly and professional as well. My leak problem is fixed. Customer service is everything to me! Craig, his partner who came out with him and Ashley in the office were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The gentlemen installed my new water heater today and brought things up to code. So far, so good. I liked doing business with this company because I felt their goal was to genuinely provide the best service possible. I originally had another plumbing company scheduled, but I had a bad feeling about them and asked the warranty company to reassign the job. I am pleased that I did! I will definitely use SEC again.
