The best company i had ever dealt with. The sweetest of people work there. Casey on the phone was professional and sweet. Steven who came to the house is a sweetheart, he makes sure every detail is checked and everything is fixed, the most honest ac repairman i have ever met. With this company you are in good hands. I would only recommend this company to anyone i meet.

After a so-called acquaintance, tried to triple charge us for an AC repair years ago, we found Colt, Stephen and Nick at Seaside. They are responsive, fair, trustworthy, and do everything possible to help their clients. I am so glad we found them three years ago, and we continue to use them - as recently as today! In a particularly shady industry, they stand apart as honest and caring. They have promptly fixed every issue we have had and are highly knowledgeable. I recommend them to all.
Our Technician was courteous, helpful and professional. Communication with the booking process was smooth and convenient. I am happy I chose a small business and will use them for my further A/C needs
Unfortunately, had an unpleasant billing miscommunication with the company. I was indeed happy with the quick response to schedule me for the small job I needed of an installation of exhaust fan. Needed a mechanical permit as County was requesting it for my cabana bath. All communication was through text but somehow the wording was changed to their advantage. Luckily, I used them for such a small task and dealt with their out of nowhere charges so most definitely won't use them for any big jobs.
If I could give this company 10 Stars I would.Brian is probably the best maintenance guy I ever had for anything.He was thorough,Communicated,,And found out my ductwork was in disarrayand needed replaced.Thanks to him I can get it repaired properly.A big shout-out to this company.I will definitely tell people about you

Simply the best. Smart, responsive, and polite. For 18 years, since we built our home, the A/C never made it through a Summer without at least one of our 5 units going down. We tried a number of well regarded maintenance outfits, but until Steve and Colt got on the scene, and analyzed the problem, it was something we had to live with (we thought). This last Summer, it just ran like a champ. Good people do good work. Try 'em.

Seaside installed the new Halo Led for us at our home and I couldn’t be more happy. These guys are top notch and I know because I am a general contractor myself. Great Customer service just great all around.

Steve couldn't have done a better job taking care of our commercial a/c coil repair and thermostat installation. From the the very beginning, he and his colleagues were honest, transparent and professional. They were diligent and reviewed all matters with us upon completion of the job as well. Stick with Seaside Air Services....trust me.

From the minute Steve stepped in my home I knew things would be super awesome, Colt showed up and these 2 did the best generator install of all times. They are super clean and super respectful and are amazing people inside and out, it’s all in there sincere eyes the honesty was fantastic. THANK YOU GUYS

Just had Seaside provide annual service to my home in Tequesta. I have three units in Aprox 3800 square feet. The tech found a leak in one of the units which explained why the house wasn’t cooling properly. What was refreshing about this company was how this problem was diagnosed and ultimately fixed quickly and efficiently without the old gotcha under the barrel treatment. The tech was informative , careful to not diagnose or build up a huge repair bill until he knew what was wrong. He found the problem. Made the repair which was a resolder issue and saved me a lot of $. It’s comforting to know there are honest and capable contractors in our community that take pride in their work. This company is in that category. I don’t often write google reviews but I felt these guys were worth passing on the good word. Thanks Mark B
