Ojo los que piensen renovar pólizas con Sears. De un tiempo acá el servicio está fatal, no quieren dar servicio y contrataron una compañía externa que son sumamente irresponsables. Los seguros no son económicos se paga mucho y cuando los necesitas te dan citas para dentro de un mes después. Si tienes equipos primordiales para tu vida no puedes esperar un mes. y Al cabo del mes viene alguien que te dice q tienes q hacer otra cita para un mes adicional. Comisionado de Seguros tome nota de estas compañías de seguros.

They charged me $396.00 for 15 min of work. The guy just cleaned something inside of the freezer and put it back together again. This is just criminal. The technician was so ashamed but he could do nothing about it. I bought the refrigerator on February of 2022, in Costco for $700. Sears said I had to pay for the visit and the service. Do yourself a favor and look for a independent technician, Sears service is just to high of a price.

Los tecnicos muy buenos, la gerencia y administracion un desastre. Sears no sirve como empresa. Nada personal contra nadie. Administrativamente no saben trabajar, 6 meses para cambiar una pieza del refrigerador.

On July 21, I received the visit from Sears Technician. The technician only turn on the washer and saw the code LE ( same code that I reported as the problem). He did not dismantle the washer and did any check on it. He told me that the motor is damaged and it cost $700, he suggested me to buy a new washer...my washer was purchased three years ago... I ask him about the sensor of the motor and he told me that the motor is only one piece... That was the service provided, in my opinion he stole my money.... Then, I went to a Sears Store and ask for the sensor of the motor of my washer, only cost $24, I changed the old sensor for the new one and now my machine is working!! Thans for nothing...

Customer service and technical service has been very bad. They have not been able to repair my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator since December 5, 2019. The last repair was on Saturday 01-18-2020. Now the refrigerator has a DH alarm since the last repair and the electrical panel is turned off. We want a new equipment. This equipment only have one year.

Awful Service...they changed the compressor and it didn't work, then they put another piece on it because the gas ran out and it didn't work either, I have a warranty contract and since there are not 4 repairs, the equipment cannot be replaced. two weeks without fridge. the appointments are one week

Pago una garantía, para recibir un servicio de calidad y lo que ejercen es una mediocridad. Los técnicos en vez de arreglar el equipo lo dejan en peor condición y cuando llamas a servicio al cliente no pueden resolver tu problema. Entonces, ¿Para que pago una garantía, si no voy a obtener un buen servicio? Mi refrigerador ya lo vinieron a arreglar dos veces y un técnico dice una cosa y el otro dice lo contrario. Ahora mismo no está funcionando y Sears no puede enviarme otro hasta 3 días después. Se daña la comida que tengo y también es otro problema para que respondan por ello. Totalmente decepcionada, por mi parte no compro un equipo más en esta compañía y que conste que todos mis equipos electrónicos y prácticamente toda mi ropa, los compraba ahí. Hasta le recomendaba a otros la tienda, pero queda claro que ya no es lo mismo que antes. 👎🏼
