It’s all positive!! Mike and Patrick were both on time, very knowledgeable and professional, Never thought I’d feel so good about getting a new A/C unit! Totally happy with these guys!!Got a great warranty as well!
This was my first time using Sea Breeze A/C. They were recommended highly by a friend. Excellent from beginning to end. Michael explained everything clearly, he was professional and friendly, he was prompt and efficient. Michael was also thorough and did not leave until he was confident everything was properly addressed. The price point of the work that Michael did was as mentioned above, a very good value. This is really important today as it is quite the challenge to find quality workmanship and a good value for your hard earned money.
Mike was awesome. He provided a solution to get us going that was inexpensive compared to another company that quoted me 7 times more. I will use them for all me A/C needs.
You can’t beat the service you get from Seabreeze Heating and air. They are very professional, on time, courteous and very very knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong should you select this company for any of your heating or air issues? Best of all they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
Seabreeze heating and air did a quality job . Installed a new A/C system and air handler .I wouldn’t use any other company .
I purchased my unit through Sea Breeze Air a little over 5 yrs ago and have always had a great experience and excellent communication with Mike. Last night my A/C stopped working around 3:30 am. Left Mike a VM and he called me first thing this morning and was at my home by 1:15pm this afternoon. Now if that’s not great customer service I don’t know what is. Had I gone through my Home Owners Insurance the earliest someone would be able to even come by was Friday. Mike runs a great business and also communicates promptly. And very affordable. I would recommend to anyone that is either looking to replace their unit or having any repairs/maintenance l.
I have used this business twice, first when I needed a HVAC system replacement & then for warranty parts. Always prompt, professional, & courteous as well as fairly priced; this is a reputable business that I recommend.
Seabreeze heating and air was awesome! They delivered everything they promised on time and perfectly performed the installation. They went above and beyond and did many things that other companies charged extra for and was just part of their normal installation. Michael Sankowski is a man of his word. I was very impressed with this company and the companies owner. Not only did they come out and give me a quick estimate. He explained everything in detail and because we were without air for three days he put it as a priority to get our HVAC system installed quickly. I am more than thrilled to give my 100% endorsement for this amazing company. (we did have three other companies that we interviewed and by far this company exceeded our expectations!) I am 100% satisfied!
I have known Michael Sankowski for many years and have watched his business grow over the years because of his honesty and fantastic service he provides to his clients. We are very pleased with the service received from SEABREEZE Heating & Air located in Palm Coast, Florida! The service technician, MAVERICK, responded to an issue of insufficient cooling quickly, identified the problem, ordered a new coil - which came in a very reasonable amount of time, and installed it very efficiently and professionally. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and very personable. Maverick explained everything to us and patiently answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this company and this young professional, and will continue to use them for all our heating & air needs.

Mike (the owner) and Patrick were friendly, professional, and thorough. They determined that my compressor was bad, and needed replacing. To properly validate their 10 year warranty, it was necessary to replace the air handler and thermostat as well. Their fee was not only reasonable but they did a temporary install with a loaner unit to get me through the 5 days until the permanent unit was installed as I was waiting on financing. I highly recommend Seabreeze!
