My Air conditioner stopped working in this 80-90 degree weather, called Scott and he came out within 24hrs. I Highly recommend Scott's AC and Heating. Thank you Scott 😊
Professional and dependable. They do what they say they're going to do in a timely fashion.
We had a a new heating and air condition system installed in the middle of August of 2018 by Scott and decided to hold off posting a review until we had an opportunity to have not only the air-conditioning unit thoroughly put to the test but the heating portion as well in order to provide a holistic review of the product, workmanship and Scott’s business. What I can say is that Scott has never failed to perform and has never disappointed. We have known him for close to a decade and when we first met I was already complaining about our old AC/HU because of its age and wanted it replaced. To Scott’s credit, he talk me down by saying that although it looked old all it needed was a few minor upgrades and replacement parts and he would let me know when the cost would outweigh the benefits of continuing to operate the old system. Fast forward 8 years later and our system gives out in the heat of a sweltering and oppressive Baltimore August. We called Scott in a panic, he arrived that night, and assessed the unit and informed us that it unfortunately needed to be replaced. We are over the barrel and got a quote from Scott and do our due diligence by contacting two other contractors. Just as we expected Scott beat them all and more importantly sensing our desperation promised to install the unit within a week. That’s right a week – the time it will take to assemble the equipment and parts. Voila, he arrived with his crew on the appointed day when there is a torrential storm pouring down and in two days installs the unit despite the inclement weather, taking the old system out and disposing of it. His crew is composed of gentlemen and among his his crew is his nephew who is apprenticing to become a heating and air-conditioning technician and is enrolled in technical school. He is closely supervised by Scott and the others crew members and will one day take over t
